liverpool1819Chelsea v Manchester United and two more matches from the English Premier League make up our football treble on Sunday 28th February with the odds boosted by @Olimp_SA

Fulham's win over Sheffield United was the only leg to land in last week's treble and our record now comprises of 2 winning weekends from 18 attempts so far this season. We stick with the same match result, over 2.5 goals and both teams to score format for this week's treble and the odds have been boosted to 10.00 by @Olimp_SA

Palace won 2-1 at in form Brighton on Monday night to move onto 32 points and ease any fears they could be dragged into a relegation battle. Their home form comprises of 4 wins, 3 draws and 5 defeats whilst when they visited Fulham back in October they came away with a 2-1 win.

Fulham are in much better shape now than when they met Palace first time around. They have lost just 1 of their last 7 and although Scott Parker's side remain in the relegation zone recent wins at home to Sheffield United and at Everton either side of a draw at Burnley have seen them close the gap on the likes of Newcastle and Brighton.

Fulham have developed a draw habit, finishing all square in 9 of the last 14 and 5 of those draws came away from home. This looks a tricky game to call but if it ends in a draw our treble will be in good shape for the later matches.

Prediction: Match result draw

Leg 2 Chelsea v Manchester United click here for all markets available for this match

Chelsea are going well with 4 wins and 2 draws in their last 6 league games and they are back on the heels of the top 4. They are unbeaten since Thomas Tuchel replaced Frank Lampard and in midweek they were 1-0 winners at Atletico Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League Round of 16 clash.

United finished the previous round of matches in second place, 10 points behind Manchester City but 6 better off than Chelsea. They are unbeaten away from home in the Premier League with 8 wins and 4 draws. They failed to score in a 0-0 stalemate at Arsenal recently and a visit to Anfield also finished without a goal but generally they have had few problems scoring on their travels.

Chelsea have been solid under new management and if they win here they will be in touching distance of United. It's a huge game in terms of the top 4 picture and whilst a number of these type of games earlier in the season have been tight, the firepower on view here leads me to believe both sides can find the net.

Prediction: Both teams to score

Leg 3 Sheffield United v Liverpool click here for all markets available for this match

If we are still running after the first 2 legs then we need goals at Sheffield United who's situation in terms of the relegation fight is bordering on hopeless. A 1-0 defeat at Fulham last week saw them finish the round 14 points shy of safety. Recent home games delivered a 3-1 defeat to Spurs, 2-1 win over West Brom and 2-1 defeat to Chelsea.

Liverpool lost 2-0 at home to Everton in last week's derby clash at Anfield, a fourth consecutive league defeat. Although they are well placed to reach the Champions League quarter finals they need to force their way back into the top 4 to make sure they participate in that competition next season and hence they can ill afford to drop any points here.

There is little value in anything but a victory for both these sides and hopefully the circumstances will lead to a game of at least 3 goals in total.

Prediction: Over 2.5 goals
