juve 150We look to Europe for this weekend's treble and we focus on three televised matches from Serie A and La Liga with the odds boosted by @Olimp_SA

We had no joy in the English Premier League last weekend with just 1 of the 3 legs arriving and our record now stands at 4 successful trebles from 12 attempts. With a reduced Premier League coupon this week we switch focus to Italy and Spain, keeping the same match result, over 2.5 goals and both teams to score format. All 3 legs take place on Saturday 8th February and the odds have been boosted to 8.90.

Serie A Fiorentina v Atalanta

We start in Italy where Fiorentina bid to bounce back from a 3-0 defeat away to Juventus last week. Prior to that they had shown improved form with a 4 match unbeaten run comprising of 2 wins and 2 draws and 1 of those victories came away at Napoli.

If your looking for goals and entertainment Atalanta are the team to follow in Serie A. They are challenging for a top 4 spot and with 59 goals in 22 league games they are the top scorers in the Italian top flight. At the other end of the park Atalanta concede just over 1 goal per game on average.

The first league meeting this season finished all square at 2-2 and last month Fiorentina were 2-1 winners when the teams met in Coppa Italia at this venue. We are looking for the both teams to score trend to continue here.

Prediction: Both teams to score

La Liga Real Valladolid v Villarreal

For the second leg we head to Spain and Valladolid will be feeling better about life after a 1-0 win at Mallorca last time out. That ended a sequence of 9 league games without victory although 5 of those did finish all square. Valladolid are something of draw specialists including 6 of their 10 home games whilst 2 have been won and another 2 lost.

Villarreal are in great form right now with 5 wins in the last 6 moving them back onto the heels of those clubs looking to qualify for European football next season. They have won each of their last 3 road trips including a visit to Sevilla.

Villarreal won the first meeting this season 2-0 back in September and although Valladolid are tough to beat on home turf, the rich vein of form the visitors are in right now earns them the vote.

Prediction: Villarreal win

Hellas Verona v Juventus

It's back to Italy for the final leg and we are looking for a game of 3 goals or more. Verona are having a solid enough season in the top 8 with an overall record of 8 wins, 6 draws and 7 defeats. They are not exactly prolific scorers but they have found the net in each of their last 12 league outings and they are currently on a 6 match unbeaten run (3 wins, 3 draws).

Juve come into the weekend 3 points clear of Inter at the top of the standings and with Lazio a further 2 points back the title race could still be more competitive than we have seen in many of the recent season's. Juve's last 10 league outings have all seen a total goals tally of 3 or more and surprisingly the Turin side have kept just 2 clean sheets in that sequence.

Juve won the first meeting this season 2-1 and over 2.5 goals is the pick again here. Whilst we might need Verona to contribute to the scoring to help this one along the stats for both sides over the last 10 or so league games suggest that is not out of the question.

Prediction: Over 2.5 goals
