It’s taken us seven weeks but the road has finally brought us to the final destination. The last battle between the two title contenders in Hyderabad.

Mumbai have already beaten Chennai on three occasions in 2019 yet they are asked to repeat the dose one more time if they are to be crowned champions.
Mumbai have proven to be the better balanced team with a solid top order, strike power lower down, good death seamers and even spinners who were able to match the much vaunted CSK trio in the previous meeting between these two sides.
The Kings for their part of all the experience and steady heads for this pressure situation. The likes of Faf, Watson, RainaDhoni, Jadeja, Harbhajan and Tahir have seen and done it all on a cricket pitch.
The issue for Mumbai is that this is a final and regardless of how good they are as a unit they will need some good individual performances on the day to get over the line.
CSK might have the benefit of experience but with this comes the concern of old legs – will a dropped chance in the field prove the difference?
Hyderabad has proved a rather tough gig for batsmen but at the last time of asking SRH were able to posts 212. Clearly runs can be scored here. The likes of Rashid Khan have performed well here but this was also the scene of a Rabada four-for.
How I see it going down: I already have an interest on Mumbai and I see no reason to cover that as I feel the Indians should be able to get the job done. I strongly believe in cometh the hour, cometh the man – thus Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni are guys to look out for with big performances for their team. Hardik Pandya has been in greet form and he is the type of character who will leave it all out on the pitch to try and ensure his team brings the trophy home.
