BettingDiaryThe toughest part about this sporting weekend will be finding some time to get some sleep as there is literally action from start to finish. We take a closer look in our Weekend Diary.

RUGBY

There are 4 Super Rugby games on Saturday with an early kick-off featuring the Hurricanes and the Sunwolves. The Hurricanes are massive favourites here at (-33.5) and we don’t think that will be enough start for the Sunwolves.

The Sharks will be hoping for their 3rd win on tour as they face the Reds in Brisbane, but it won’t be easy and they are slight underdogs at 21/20 for the win. We expect them to run the home team close, but that the Reds will prevail and win by under 12.5 points at 19/10

The Stormers should be too strong at home against the Blues and they are (-9.5) on the handicap.

The Bulls host the Jaguares at Loftus and we reckon they will be fired up for this one and can lead at half-time and go on to win the game at 2/1.

A lot of punters will be sitting up late at night and into the early hours of the morning and there will be betting on each game. The first round of fixtures has been priced up and we fancy South Africa to beat Kenya with over 35.5 points in the match at 19/20.

FOOTBALL

The PSL returns his weekend and the big game is without doubt the Soweto Derby between Pirates and Chiefs.

Pirates are currently 3rd on the table, 6 points behind Chiefs having played a game more but they have been in cracking form and have won their last 6 matches in a row. Chiefs on the other hand have shown signs of wobbling. The last time these 2 sides met earlier in the season it was Chiefs who came out on top 3-2, a rare high scoring match in this fixture.

There is a full round of English Premier League fixtures this weekend and our pick would be Sunday’s game between Everton and Man United where Everton are 31/20, the draw 47/20 and United, who have shown signs of resurgence priced at 37/20.

They are 18/10 for the match with Australia firm favourites at 9/20 and there are a host of Exotic Markets including the pre-match handicap which had South Africa (+4.5) wickets, plus 23.5 runs at 17/20.
