The first leg of an IPL double header on Saturday sees Rajasthan Royals host Mumbai Indians in Match 36 and whilst the visitors come into the game in the better form, the Royals did beat them in the first meeting this season.

Mumbai Indians were in action on Thursday away to Delhi Capitals and they came away with a 40 run victory. Mumbai posted 168/5 batting first thanks to a 57 run opening partnership between Sharma and de Kock and Krunal and Hardik Pandya added useful runs at the death. Chahar (3/19) and Bumrah (2/18) were the pick of the Mumbai bowlers as Delhi’s innings finished on 128/9.
Mumbai Indians now have a record of 6 wins and 3 defeats and they have won 5 of their last 6. Earlier results away from home include wins at RCB (6 runs) and the Sunrisers (40 runs) either side of an 8 wicket defeat at the Kings XI.
