Pretoria Capitals vs Sunrisers Eastern Cape
It's been a frustrating start for the Capitals who lost their opening match away to the Super Giants by just 2 runs and their scheduled second outing, also against DSG but this time at Centurion was abandoned before the toss.
In that opening game the Capitals found themselves chasing 210 for victory. Opening pair Will Jacks (64) and Rahmanullah Gurbaz (89) put on 154 for the first wicket in just 12.1 overs before the most spectacular turnaround saw their innings come up just short at 207/6

Next time out the Sunrisers posted 175/5 batting first away to the Royals with Markram making 82 but Paarl knocked it off for the loss of just 1 wicket in 18.4 overs.

Durban Super Giants vs Joburg Super Kings
Noor Ahmad played a big role in the Super Giants remarkable 2 run home win over the Capitals in their opening match, removing both the openers who looked to have taken the game away from them. Kane Williamson had top scored with 60 and Mulder smashed 45 in their bat first total of 209/4 and after the washout in the scheduled return they now set sights on JSK.
This was how DSG lined up in their only completed match so far.

At the time of writing the weather forecast looked favourable for a full match and after we saw 20 sixes in total in the DSG v PC match at Kingsmead, 15 or more would look to have solid claims.
