Stage 12 of Tour de France 2017 takes place on Thursday July, 214.5km worth of hard slog in the mountains from Pau to Peyragudes
Marcel Kittel made it back to back stage wins and five for this tour in total on Wednesday, there were no changes in the GC.
A long day of climbing awaits with six Categorized climbs including two Cat’s and the HC Port de Balès is one of three tough climbs situated towards the finish. After that there is a Cat 1 and a short but steep Cat 2 leading to the finish.
Stage 12 Betting - Winner
Daan Martin 10/1

I’m thinking the amount of climbing will probably be too much for the breakaway to survive and Sky, despite not needing to force the issue, might fancy their chances of putting a bit of time into Aru to give Froome a bit more insurance in the GC.
I’ll go with Froome and in case the break does stay clear, BMC’s Nicholas Roche could be up there.
Bets: Froome 11/2
