generalStage 13 of Tour de France 2017 takes place on Friday 14th July, it’s a very short route but there are three Cat 1 climbs between Saint-Girons and the finish town of Foix

Jersey Update:

Thursday was a long day in the mountains and it saw Fabio Aru take over in yellow from Froome. Bardet was the stage winner in a GC battle ahead of Aru and Froome battled to keep in touch which will have Team Sky thinking hard about how they play it from here.

GC Classification:

Aru

Froome @6

Bardet @25

Uran @55

KOM Classification:

Barguil 70 pts

De Gendt 32

Roglic 30

Stage Profile

Stage 13 Betting - Winner

Dan Martin 9/1

Barguil 10/1

Uran 12/1

Bardet 14/1

Note, prices are an early show, approx average at the time of writing and are subject to change.

Analysis

The result on Thursday breathes new fire into the GC battle and should increase belief in the teams of Aru and Bardet and perhaps Uran as well that Froome can be beaten.

The short profile in terms of distance sways me to a GC battle with Uran getting my vote.

Bets: Uran to win, 12/1
