Football ManCity120English Premier League action returns on Saturday 21st November with four matches including Newcastle v Chelsea and Spurs v Manchester City.

Note, odds are correct at the time of writing but are subject to change

Newcastle 11/2, Draw 7/2, Chelsea 5/10

The early kick off comes from St. James Park where mid table Newcastle host fifth place Chelsea.

Newcastle have 11 points from 8 matches and at home they have beaten Burnley (3-1) and Everton (2-1) and lost to Brighton (3-0) and Manchester United (4-1) .

Chelsea look to be settling down on the back of comfortable wins at Burnley (3-0) and at home to Sheffield United (4-1). They also won at Brighton (3-1) on the opening weekend but dropped points in visits to West Brom (3-3) and Manchester United (0-0).

Stats from the respective home and away matches of these teams suggest goals are on the cards and preference is for an away win in a game of 3 goals or more.

Bet: Chelsea win and over 2.5 toal match goals at 19/20

Aston Villa 12/10, Draw 53/20, Brighton 22/10

Villa won their first 4 matches including a 7-2 hiding of Liverpool before back to back defeats at home to Leeds (3-0) and Southampton (4-3). They were 4-0 down against the Saints and flattered by the late comeback but last time out they came away from Arsenal with an excellent 3-0 win and they are sixth in the table with a game in hand on the top 5.

Brighton are finding it tough going, without a win since the second week of the season. They have drawn 3 of their last 4 but that sequence includes disappointing draws at home to West Brom and Burnley.

I find it tempting to back Villa given their win at Arsenal but they have been a soft touch in their previous 2 home games and preference is for the goalscorer markets.

Jack Grealish earned tons of praise for his performance for England in Denmark at the weekend and he gets my vote to score anytime.

Bet: Anytime goalscorer Jack Greilish at 11/4

Spurs 63/20, Draw 59/20, Manchester City 17/20

The game of the day sees second placed Spurs take on mid table City although the Manchester side do have a game in hand.

Spurs are 1 point behind league leaders Leicester and they boast 5 wins and 2 draws since losing 1-0 at home to Everton on the opening weekend. Their better results have come away from home but they are undoubtedly in good shape and this will tell us plenty about their chances of mixing it with one of the title favourites through the course of the season.

City played out a 1-1 draw at home to Liverpool just prior to the international break and its surprising that their last 5 matches have all delivered for backers of under 2.5 goals. Injury problems no doubt had a hand it that lack of goals and their team news will be worth monitoring in the run up to kick off.

I'm open minded about the match result so preference is for the goalscorer markets and De Bruyne is the pick to pop up anytime.

Bet: Anytime goalscorer De Bruyne at 19/10

Manchester United 7/20, Draw 9/2, West Brom 33/4

United's league record comprises of 3 wins, 3 defeats and a 0-0 draw at home to Chelsea. They have already lost 3 Premier League home games and have scored just twice in 4 at Old Trafford.

West Brom are still looking for a first win and they have just 3 points to show from 8 matches. They made Spurs work hard for a 1-0 win in a home fixture last time out but their only point away from home came at Brighton.

It's hard to know what to expect from United these days but that was a good win at Everton last time out. One of the more reliable aspects of the home sides season is the form and goalscoring habit of Bruno Fernandes and against a side who have struggled defensively odds against for him to score anytime looks fair enough to me.

Bet: Anytime goalscorer Bruno Fernandes at 23/20
