Liverpool:

Liverpool had to come from behind to see off Norwich, 3-1, at Anfield on Saturday. Later that day a surprise win for Spurs at Manchester City means Liverpool are 6 points adrift of City in the title race and they have 1 game in hand. City are not in action until the weekend (away to Everton) when Liverpool will be preparing for their League Cup Final against Chelsea but another win here would see the gap between the top 2 halved.

Liverpool have won each of their last 5 league games and in addition to the League Cup final date, they have progressed in the FA Cup and hold a 2-0 first leg lead over Inter in the UCL Round of 16 with the return on Merseyside still to come.

Leeds:

Leeds went down 4-2 at home to Manchester United on Sunday, they have taken just 1 point from their last 4 matches and have conceded 10 goals in the last 3. They crashed to a 3-0 defeat at Everton in their most recent road trip and their only point in the last 4 outings came from a 3-3 draw at Villa.

Leeds are still 5 points better off than third bottom Watford and 6 in front of Burnley and Norwich although Burnley have 2 games in hand. Leeds best result away from home this season came in January when they won 3-2 at West Ham and they have conceded 29 goals on their travels, the highest tally in the top flight which includes 5 at Manchester United and 7 at Manchester City.

Recent Head to Head

The first league meeting this season came in September and Liverpool coasted to a 3-0 win with Salah, Fabinho and Mane on taregt.

The Verdict:

When it goes wrong for Leeds it can be spectacular and you have to fear for them here. I think the visitors might have a goal in them though, albeit in defeat and I will go with the multi scores option of 2-1, 3-1 or 4-1

Bets: Multi score 2-1, 3-1 or 4-1 aat 29/10
