West Ham
West Ham come into the weekend program in seventh place in the standings and 6 points behind fourth placed Arsenal who visit Palace on Monday. They have taken 10 points from their last 4 Premier League home games with wins over Watford (1-0), a draw with Newcastle (1-1) and wins over Wolves (1-0) and Villa (2-1). They did lose their 2 most recent road trips, tough games at Liverpool and Spurs.
West Ham are also in the Europa League quarter finals and this game will see David Moyes come up against one of his former clubs.
Everton
Everton won their most recent league game, 1-0 against Newcastle even though they were playing with 10 men for a chunk of the match but they couldn't follow up in a subsequent FA Cup quarter final when they went down 4-0 at Crystal Palace.
The sole focus is now on avoiding relegation and with just 7 points taken from their last 13 league games Everton come into the weekend fourth from bottom, 3 points clear of Watford and with 2 games in hand.
Recent Head to Head
The first league meeting this season was staged in October and West Ham won it 1-0.
Last season West Ham also 1-0 at Goodison but Everton were 1-0 winners in London
The Betting
West Ham are currently 0.78/1 to win the game with the draw at 27/10 and Everton can be backed at 34/10
A game of 3 goals or more is priced at 17/20 and it's 8/10 for both teams to score.

The Verdict:
West Ham have slipped up a few times in winnable looking home games but they seem to have got that habit out their system in recent weeks and if Everton are feeling sorry for themselves after the FA Cup hiding I can see more problems for Lampard.
I'm with the home win but given Everton's desperate situation I will give them a shout at contributing to the scoring.
Bets: Home win and both teams to score? (yes) at 26/10
