OKAVANGO DELTA is in the form of his life and just failed to rattle off a quartet of wins in his last start over a mile. He may have made his move too early that day and is given another chance here over the c&d he won in his penultimate outing.

TOM 'N JERRY did not get the best of starts and was bumped at the 400M mark in his last outing over nine furlongs. The blinkers that were fitted for the first time on that day remain on and it is always encouraging when Warren Kennedy keeps faith in the ride. Pole position is a further plus.
