MANGROVE has been in good consistent form of late and he clearly enjoys this mile trip. He prefers the polytrack, but if repeating that run three starts back over the C&D, he should just about win this.

He should love the step up in trip and in this class, looks hard to oppose if building on his last start.

WOOD FOR THE TREES has looked more promising since stepping up to this sort of trip in his last few starts. The change of scenery and the removal of the blinkers also appear to have played a role in his recent improvement and if repeating his penultimate effort in slightly stronger company, he looks a huge runner.
