Trainer Alan Greeff holds a strong hand in this contest and can saddle the exacta. PHILOS has very good consistent form lines to his credit. He likes racing over this C&D having finished second once and third once from as many starts. Teaque Gould knows him well and the combination should find themselves in the winner's enclosure.

MADAME SPEAKER has top consistent form lines to her credit. She lost a length at the start last time but managed to stay on well to finish second in the East Cape Paddock Stakes. She loves racing on this course having won four times and finishing second four times from as many starts on this surface. With a bit of luck from her wide draw, she should be the one they all have to beat.

AT THE OPERA took his chances in the PE Gold Cup last time but may have not seen out the distance. He moved up well until a point that day, but could not go on with the effort. He ran a very good race when finishing second to CRYSTAL STREAM in his penultimate start.
