BARBERTON SILVER has top consistent form lines to his credit. He is unbeaten from four starts over this C&D. The son of Silvano may still be ahead of the handicapper and can notch up another victory. He is carded to race on 27 November 2020 and his progress in that race will need to be checked.

LUMIERE has shown good signs of a form return in her last two starts. She showed good speed last time and stayed on well in the run down to the line. She finished 1.95 lengths behind EXALTATION in her penultimate effort and is 2kgs better off at the weights. That should be enough for the tables to be turned. She does have the widest draw to overcome, but she gets the services of Greg Cheyne who will give her all the necessary assistance from the saddle. 

Race 7: WHAT A THRILL (4)

Jockey: Maujean C - Trainer: Laing Tara 

WHAT A THRILL makes her stable debut for the Tara Laing yard. She has won once, finished second once and third twice from five starts on the polytrack surface. The drop in trip should not pose a concern for her as she has won over 1400m in the past. If settled into her new surroundings, she may be the one to beat.

BIG MYTH ran a good race in her last start over this C&D. She lost a length at the start that day, but the manner in which she finished her race off caught the eye. Lukas Bester retains the ride and if repeating that effort here, she may be the one to cause the upset
