ENCELADUS put five lengths between herself and the opposition in her last victory over seven furlongs and the manner in which she won would suggest that she is capable of repeating the dose here.

QUEEN RACHEL announced her presence at this track in fine style. That win was over 1300M, but she did show lots of early speed that day and may not be troubled by the drop back to the minimum distance. She has the added advantage of getting 1.5kgs taken off her back for her claiming apprentice.

Although the gelding CALLS TO HEAVEN has not won over the mile, he does have good recent form to his credit. He won a good race over nine furlongs last time out despite being a difficult ride for Muzi Yeni in the closing stages. He does have a wide draw to contend with, but he should be closing in on the frontrunners in the run to the post.
