Magic Tips Best Bets

Race 1: QUICK RUN (2)
Jockey: Matsoele T – Trainer: Naidoo S

QUICK RUN has not finished too far off the winner in recent outings. She raced from just off the pace over this C&D last time and stayed on nicely to finish third. The daughter of Noordhoek Flyer gets the services of strong workrider Tshepiso Matsoele and may be rewarded for consistency today.

Top Bet For Today

Race 4: GODDESS OF LIGHT (13)
Jockey: Mongqawa P – Trainer: Peter P

GODDESS OF LIGHT produced an eye-catching debut effort over 1000m on this course. She had to shift at the 300m mark, but finished her race off strongly. The daughter of Master Of My Fate would have gained from the experience and will love the extra furlong on offer. She is carded to race on 04 November 2021 and her progress in that race will need to be checked.

Race 6: DANCE PARTNER (2)
Jockey: Mosia S – Trainer: Gray St John D

DANCE PARTNER showed good improvement in his last start over 2000m on this course. He lost a length at the start, but stayed on nicely at the finish. The son of Modus Vivendi will be at home over the 2400m and with experienced workrider Samuel Mosia in the saddle, he may be the one to beat.

Race 7: ETERNAL LIFE (4)
Jockey: Lukhele I – Trainer: Lensley C

ETERNAL LIFE produced a promising debut effort over 1400m on this course. She was green in running and hung from the 600m to the 400m mark. The daughter of Querari would have come on with the run under her belt and will enjoy the rise to the mile. With the natural improvement that is expected, she can go one better here.

Value Bet For Today

Race 3: MARADIVA (6)
Jockey: Mongqawa P – Trainer: Peter P

MARADIVA should have finished closer to the winner last time as he was held up for a run at the 50m mark. The son of Twice Over returns from a 13-week break and has his first run for the Paul Peter stable. This is not the strongest field and if settled into his new surroundings, he may be the one to beat
