Group E

Liverpool top Group E with 9 points, 1 ahead of Napoli. A win for either side when they meet at Anfield would guarantee a place in the last 16 and should Liverpool come out on top they will secure top spot in the group. Back on Matchday 1 Napoli beat Liverpool 2-0 but the Serie A side have problems right now with the players apparently at odds with the clubs owner and the future of their coach in some doubt. Liverpool battled to edge 2 other home games in this group against Salzburg (4-3) and Genk (2-1) but I fancy they can get the job done here and rest a few players on Matchday 6.

Salzburg are third in the group, 4 points behind Napoli whilst Genk have just 1 point. Salzburg do the travelling this time and they thrashed Genk 6-2 in an earlier home fixture. One would expect goals again although the prices are predictably short.

Bets: Liverpool win and over 2.5 total goals at 17/20

Genk v Slazburg over 3.5 goals at 9/10

Group F

The top 2 in this group Barcelona and Dortmund meet at Camp Nou. Barca top the quartet with 8 points, Dortmund have 7, Inter have 4 points and Slavia Prague have 2.

When Dortmund hosted Barca the game finished without a goal and Barca were also held to a 0-0 draw by Slavia Prague in a Matchday 4 home fixture. Dortmund edged Inter 3-2 in Germany last time out, having lost 2-0 in Milan a round earlier but they did win away at Slavia Prague (2-1). I'm a bit puzzled by some of Barca's results in this group and will avoid this game.

Slavia Prague are not totally out of the qualification picture yet although they will have to beat Inter. They did draw 1-1 in Milan and I would suggest over 2.5 goals could be the way to go with both teams chasing maximum points.

Bets: Slavia v Inter, over 2.5 goals at 19/20

Group G

It's still all to play for in Group G and we have an early kick off between Zenit, who have 4 points and Lyon who have 7. The first meeting in France finished in a 1-1 draw and both teams to score? (yes) has been the way to go in 6 of 8 group matches involving either of the teams.

Later on group leaders RB Leipzig need to avoid defeat at home to Benfica to clinch their place in the last 16. Leipzig won 2-1 when the teams met in Lisbon and with 3 wins from 4 matches they will fancy their chances of finishing the job here.

Bets: Zenit v Lyon, over 2.5 goals at 15/20

Group H

Chelsea visit Valencia in the early kick off and both these sides have 7 points, as do Ajax who visit Lille. Chelsea have the best head to head record against Ajax but they did lose 1-0 at home to Valencia on Matchday 1. Chelsea have been involved in a number of high scoring games when travelling in the Premier League and they have won their other 2 away fixtures in this group, at Lille (2-1) and Ajax (1-0).

Ajax have a couple of suspensions after finishing their 4-4 draw away to Chelsea with 9 men. They did beat Lille 3-0 in Amsterdam and the Ligue 1 side have just 1 point against their name and look set to finish with the wooden spoon.

Bets: Chelsea team goals, over 1.5 at 8/10
