Forgot to say.... this info is for free...azzman wrote: Heard the interview with with Wessels on superrugby monday.... he basicly said that he is to blame for the rebels perfomance against the bulls. He applied tactics that does not suit their game, basicly because he thought they will not last the whole game. He said that the rebels will be back to their old running game with lots of passing and ball possesion.

Add Ben O'Keefe in the next game. Loves giving millions of penalties so he's "in" the game. I will be going unders with him refereeing !!

A real shame as they looked so good at the beginning of the season but they have definitely lost their way

justice after Aso one was scratched off.
14 units back and gives some good ammo to come out firing tomorrow. Have no interest in rest of his game.

South, with all due respect there was a CLEAR forward pass with that Aso one so that was never a try. So no "justice", but very well play with De Allende.

Fair point and thanks for clarifying, I'd taken this from some Twitter comments from people watching game as couldn't watch all myself, so those comments probably mostly Canes fans.
Just felt a little stiffed after 2 similar situations last weekend!

The way the Reds have been playing I can't see the Lions not beating the handicap. Hopefully it's not too humid there tomorrow.

May look to fire points now instead of cap. Also noted Highlanders 6/2 bench, which could say something about gameplan.
Really on the fence on the cap line.

Brad Breath wrote: Managed to get a bit of Ospreys +3 vs Cardiff Blues
Following team announcements they are now 2 or 3 point favourites with most books.
If you can find any plus get on, Ospreys full strength, Blues effectively a B team with 13 changes
I missed this one but great spot, basically conceding the play off spot to the Cheetahs which is understandable given Cheetahs play the Kings.
I am thinking that perhaps the Cheetahs will switch off at some stage tomorrow and that perhaps the Kings plus is the value

I prefer the penalty scored before 36”45 @ 1.86 in the Brumbies gamesebokeng wrote: Penalty converted before 29min 30 in Bulls Highlanders game 5/6 looks a sweet bet
Bulls tend to go for the try most of the time and at home, can t see why it would be different tomorrow

Hooter gone, score 23-18 to Leicester - Falcons think they have scored from lose range and just after ref blows whistle the number 8 gets up and goes over again.
Ref clearly thought he had blown because says he didn't see a grounding so try "yes or no"
The ball may well have been grounded the 1st time but no angle to show it. TMO then asks ref if he had blown the whistle when the 2nd try attempt occured, ref reckons it did not have any effect and can "see no reason not to award the try"
TMO could just have rewound footage to see if whistle blew - I did, it was fractional but blew before the 2nd grounding.
Unbelievably poor and inconsistent officiating
Anyways a slightly positive day thanks to the unders in the Stormers game and hopefully a good day lying ahead.

Same. Miracles do happen. But so far it's been a poor showing and the rain definitely won't help after they are already 10 points behind.
