Disappointed GBETS

Can anyone help?

I made a credit card depo with Gbets and for some reason got an error message. The funds left my bank but were not credited to my betting account. They are refusing to credit me?

What should i do? i phoned my bank who said the funds have left and even gave me an authorisation code to give Gbets, they said there is nothing they can do.

I dont know if this will help but I found when this has happened in the past to try speak to the accounts department or ask the support to chat to accounts as they can normally sort it out. The support team often dont know what to do but experienced people in accounts can sort it out.

Also reminding GBETS that its not a user error as the money left your bank account , its just missing being credited to your GBET account. If it was a user error then no money would have left your account. But the error is their side as they took the money but their system errored out before crediting the deposit amount.
