England v All Blacks the first of the weekend previews...

goodforthegame.co.za/Int-Rugby/england-v...betting-preview.html

I fancy the minus and 12.5 at WSB was the best I could find right now, don't see it getting more favourable than that so happy to go up early for 5 of 10 units.

Guys just ask yourself one question on the Boks, how would I punt them this week if they had beaten England?

Boks are GOLDEN, European players back in the mix and a point to prove in France!

I was about to go with France but between the injuries and the possible starting line, there is no way i m gonna put my money on this French team and Rugga might be right with his golden bet on SA.
I m guessing Laporte is the one selecting the players but how can we have Guirado, Maestri, Dumayrou or even Serin and on top of that a centre playing wing (Pennaud).
Fickou has been the best player in the top 14 so far, Dupont, despite playing only few games, has been amazing and can t believe there is no wing in France so we have to have a centre playing there. The duo Basta/Dumayrou has been rubbish for the past few games but Brunel keeps trusting them while they are in a poor form or did not play much. If Fall would have been in the squad, I would have put my house, wife and kids on SA.
I m that pissed with that squad that I won t bother watching the game.

Médard - Thomas, Bastareaud, Doumayrou, Penaud - Lopez, Serin - Lauret, Picamoles, Iturria - Maestri, Vahaamahina - Gomes Sa, Guirado (cap), Poirot.

Just read your blog “Betting a lot like Batting” Brent, and I too have been roasted in my punting for the past few weeks. And on almost the same bets as you last week: Boks to win; wind in PE affecting the game; and a weak Munster side in Bloem – then watching them fly out the window one at a time like a slow motion train-wreck.
At the moment I’m feeling like I couldn’t hit a cow on the arse with a banjo.

Unlike you this weekend however, I’ve gone ‘all in’, putting my remaining balances where my mouth is and onto my Superbru picks: NZ by 24 (-12.5), and SA by 21 (13+). Hoping they’re GOLDEN and giving it my ‘positive belief vibe’, else it’s back to the old EFT for me, and marking time with small punts until Super rugby returns.
At least I know where I stand with Super Rugby.

Anyway, good punting to everyone this weekend.

P.S. I’ve just seen Eddie Jones on Sky News say in answer to a question about the Haka: that at that time prior to the game, it may just as well be the Spice Girls singing for all the effect that it has on his players – he really is a funny little bugger isn’t he… haha.

A lot of rain forecast for UK games this weekend, giving us the opportunity for points and tries markets. So far in the Prem Cup, around 9 out of 12 games have already been under points, and the rain tonight especially should help us here, with Glo vs Saints, Leicester vs Sale, and Newcastle vs Bath.

There are limited markets out so far, but at the moment I have placed the following:

- No try scorer in each game tonight, 80/1 @ Paddy Power
- Gloucester to win to nil, 28/1 @ Sky
- Neither team to reach 20 points in Glo vs Saints, 17/2 @ 888Sport (best bet)

Will be looking for under points/tries as soon as markets get released, so if anyone sees them open let me know!

Also bet on Larmour to carry on from last week with a generous 11/8 to score anytime @ BetVictor. Also the double 7/1 @ Bet365, and treble 33/1 @ Bet365. Also gone for Ireland -16

Finally, neither team to reach 20 points in Wales vs Australia, 5/1 @ 888Sport is a good bet.

Ireland at home against rugby championship teams since 2016: Scored 35+ 1/5 games (SA) and Arg conceded 0/5, averaging 22 points. Ireland haven't scored 5+ tries against these teams 0/5 and Arg conceded 5+ tries 0/6 times, averaging around 1.8 tries against them per game.
Ireland under 34.5 @ 0.87 and under 4.5 tries @ 0.91 at Sunbet

Scotland v Fiji
Yellow card @ 2.38
Red card @ 8
With the Fijian there is a good chance of booking so worth a try
I like the first penalty scored before 19” on the Ireland v Argentina game and on the same game the more penalties than tries @ 8.50 is too high (probably won t be a winning one but clearly value I reckon)
On the France SA game still think the team selected is not strong enough but I can see Dupont, Fickou and Babillot have a strong impact on the second half so i ll probably take a bet ht on that one

That's such a good bet sunnyskies:
As long as ABs win by less than 30, you're ok. And if they win by 1-10 then you're winning at 1.84
The 1-10 and 21-30 covers your entire outlay and if one of them come in then you're all-square.
I'm gonna keep that in my quiver for next time. Thanks for the tip.
