Wolves v Newcastle
Wolves are a poor man's ManC. They play in the same style just without the top notch players. They beat Chelsea at home and lost to Palace at home - ditto ManC. ManC have gone 2-1 / 1-2 against Newcastle this season. Wolves won 2-1 against Newcastle so tonight has to be
Newcastle win 2-1 @ 17/1
(Probably me last board posting before being evicted by Mackem for talking shite)

Tottenham v Dortmund
This is an interesting one in terms of price as I think results, rather than actual performance, has influenced the odds.. Spurs beat Leicester on Sunday, while Dortmund gave up a three goal lead to end up drawing 3-3 with Hoffenheim. Because of this, Dortmund have drifted out to 11/5 and I think that's an insane price. Dortmund were absolutely cruising in their match and you can make a strong case that they completely dropped down to first gear as they ( stupidly ) thought the game was won and were saving energy in the last 15 mins, Spurs, on the other hand, looked completely out on their feet against Leicester and were lucky not to concede at least 3 goals in the second half. They will definitely rotate a bit but, with the injuries to key players and Dortmund having an extra days rest, I think the 11/5 is a big, big price for the away win.
Dortmund to beat Tottenham @ 11/5

Dortmund may be missing up to six players, hence the big odds. May of jumped the gun a little.

Spurs v Dortmund

Cheers Vann. Only made a small profit overall as invested in a Dortmund win before I knew the full extent of their injury list. Having said that, the Spurs line up looked very suspect at the back so I'm surprised at the 3-0 score.

Phoenix are the surprise team of this season. They are sitting in a very good position for the finals, 8 points ahead of the followers, they play nice football. For this match they play in Auckland where they hope to get a record number of spectators.
Victory have scored the most goals of all teams so far, 40 in 18 matches and are sitting in the second spot on the ladder.
Both teams lost to Perth as their most recent defeat, two weeks ago and last round, respectively.
There will be a celebration of soccer in Auckland due to Wellington Phoenix playing there, and the weather is nice.
Bet 1: Phoenix +0.25 @1.91
Bet 2: BTTS and Over 2.5 goals @1.80
