I can see more than that being taken but will take the 'conservative' approach.

Finished on 16 corners. Way too conservative but winner none the less.

Some great tips last night. Typically, I've only just seen them. Liverpool have big problems at the back but their pace on the counter, especially against an old Bayern team, could be the difference. I reckon they will want to try and put this to bed in the first leg and will attack from the start
Liverpool to win @ 23/20
A goal in first 15 mins @ 2/1
Liverpool to score 3 or more goals @ 11/4

I believe the Liverpool first team is good enough to win the EPL. Problem is their bench is dodgy. Klopp has his 4th best central defender and a holding mid fielder in the centre of defense tonight. Firmino is also suspect. They also face ManU on Sunday in their catch-up EPL match at Old Trafford which is far more important to the Anfield faithfull then this match. Bayern Munich could not have picked a better time to play Liverpool.
Lyon have scored two goals in every home match of this years Champion's League. They also put two past PSG here earlier this month in a 2-1 win.
Liverpool v Bayern Munich
Bayern to score over 1.5 goals @ 33/20
Lyon v Barcelona
Lyon to score over 1.5 goals @ 37/20
and tonight's beer double carries some great odds
Bayern win into
Lyon score draw
@ 14/1

However, another interesting markets/markets are Players Shot on Target currently offered at Sunbet. Liverpool usually have intense starts at Anfield and especially during UCL games. Mane and Firmino (who is match fit after recovering from a bug) against an ageing Bayern side and defence these two bets seem like a certain winner.
Mane SOT @ 8/10
Firmino SOT @ 8.5/10
Further digging and an equally attractive market is for certain players to commit at least 1 foul.
Matip over 0.5 fouls @ 7/10
Hummels over 0.5 fouls @ 8/10
Would have loved better odds on these but the Odds could drop fast on these as we approach kickoff. Good luck to everyone with their bets for tonight.

Good call on btts Vann. Rock solid. Taking a slightly different approach to this match as I'm out watching it and don't want to bet on anything that involves wanting Arsenal to score ( it makes me feel slightly dirty ). I expect one way traffic and BATE to do their upmost to protect their advantage, including numerous fouls.

Arsenal v BATE
Penalty to be awarded in match - yes @ 2/1
After a 2-2 first leg I think these odds are not too bad
Kyiv v Olympiacos
Match goals over 2.5 @ 21/20
And a match that looks like a score draw - just hoping they score in different halves
Benfica v Galatasary
Galatasary to win a half - yes @ 43/20

Just to wrap up the weekend as I've run out of steam for previews.
West Ham v Fulham Friday night, I fancy overs but 7/10 a bit short, might wait and see what happens early and punt in play
Saturday Bournemouth v Wolves 2-3 goals in total at around 19/20 has been arriving pretty regular in recent weeks for both these sides.
Looks like we not getting League Cup final televised and nothing really appeals in the other Premier League or Absa Premiership matches right now.
Bristol Rovers v Sunderland League 1 on Saturday, I like Will Grigg to score anytime. Got off the mark in midweek with a penalty and that should give him confidence to really get among the goals from now to season end. 18/10 looked an ok price when I looked last night

Cardiff v Watford
Home 41/20 Draw 23/10 Away 29/20
The reverse fixture was won 3-2 by Watford in December. Watford hit the EPL averages too many times to take a run at higher odds eg in their last 12 matches they produced 2-3 goals 6 times - over this 3 and under this 3. Also in their last 12 they won away at West Ham by 2 goals but all the rest have been draws or one goal affairs. They are annoyingly average ( probably get this from their little grey fans lol). Cardiff, on the other hand have Neil Warnock. The longer the match goes the closer he gets to a heart attack - and here's where the value lies. Cardiff have scored 42% of their EPL goals in the last 15 minutes and a nice 75% in the second half. In the reverse fixture 4 of the 5 goals came in the second half including both of Cardiffs. For the conservative the Cardiff second half DNB @ evens looks good but I have every faith in Warnock terrifying his players sufficiently for
Cardiff highest scoring half second @ 33/20

Shouldn't be anything like this price imo, was very involved last week and gave away a lot of fouls... should have been booked on multiple occasions.

Newcastle v Huddersfield
Home 9/10 Draw 23/10 Away 77/20
The reverse fixture in December was won 1-0 by Newcastle. Several Huddersfield players are quoted as saying " We will fight to the end". From recent displays it does not appear that the whole squad has bought into this view. I think the first goal is crucial in this match. If Newcastle then I see daylight between the sides. The Asian line covers these options
Newcastle -1.25 goals @ 41/20
Leicester v AN Other
Home 12/10 Draw 22/10 Away 5/2
The reverse fixture in December was won by AN Other 1-0. Leicester beat ManCity at home in mid December which annoyed the fans no end as Puel had played a weakened side against them in the cup quarter a week earlier. Since then they have played three at home and lost all three including losses to those power house sides Cardiff and Southampton. They have scored in only 8 of 12 home matches. AN Other have a better away record then home. They have scored in 11 of 13 away matches. The odds for this match are wrong. AN Other should be closer to 13/10 then the 5/2. The problem is AN Other is Crystal Palace - the graveyard for Vanns funds this season. The psychology and the stats are against a Leicester win but I will still only recommend smalls on
Crystal Palace DNB @ 13/10

Sunday EPL
Arsenal v Southampton
Home 5/10 Draw 73/20 Away 11/2
The reverse fixture in December was won 3-2 by Southampton. Arsenal have kept only 4 clean sheets all season and only 2 since end September when Leno took over from Cech. Fancy Southampton to maybe sneak a goal but would like to take the safer route of Arsenal and over 2.5 - here's the rub though. Arsenal are 5/10 across the books and over 2.5 goals 11/20 to 6/10. So we should be offered 13/10 on Arsenal and over 2.5 goals. Not anywhere - best at evens. Even stranger is BTTS yes on offer around 7/10 should make Arsenal and BTTS around 15/10 but you can get much better then that. Would take the Arsenal and over 2.5 but am allergic to being taken for a ride
Arsenal win and BTTS yes @ 18/10 ( This at Sportingbet )

I had a dream that Sterling scored so I suppose that's as good a reason as any.....
