(Fancied Barclay to score but at 24/10 - Do me a favour - what kind of odds are those?)

Well, this pretty much cancelled out any profit on my Tottenham to win bet, but I'm absolutely delighted to be wrong lol. Can't see Spurs qualifying but it was great to see us dig in and show a bit of bottle. COYS!!!

Leicester v Newcastle
Home 13/20 Draw 28/10 Away 9/2
The reverse fixture in September was won 2-0 by Leicester. Rafa's sides are typically good defensively and Newcastle have only conceded 43 goals in their 33 outings this season. Leicester are not prolific but I expect them to sneak a win here. Vardy has scored 6 of the 12 Leicester goals since Rogers took over. Fancy him to score this evening but, as the first goal could also be their only goal I'm going to skip the ATGS market (running at around evens) and pick
First Goal Scorer - Vardy
Last Goal Scorer - Vardy
both on offer at 61/20.
There has been some doubt about Vardy's fitness but the last report I saw says he will play.

No joy last night with Leicester firing blanks. Must admit Vann's mind is somewhere in Rae's Creek but here goes.
Spurs v Huddersfield
Home 2/9 Draw 23/4 Away 12/1
The reverse fixture in September was won 2-0 by Spurs.
Spurs are without Harry Kane for the next few matches which means goals will be hard to come by. Even worse, their next two fixtures are Wednesday (A) Man City and Saturday (A) Man City. I expect a weakened side and a struggle to find the net. This gives us Spurs by one @ 3/1 or the half time draw but I prefer the odds on
Match goals under 2.5 @ 29/20
Brighton v Bournemouth
Home 5/4 Draw 47/20 Away 47/20
The reverse fixture in December was won 2-0 by Bournemouth.
Bournemouth are clear of relegation with 38 points. Brighton are on 33 which is 5 points clear of Cardiff who they play on Tuesday. This has to be their biggest match of the season. I expect a little end of season feeling from Bournemouth and any first half score from them should ignite this match.
Match Goals over 3.5 @ 49/20

Spurs have named a pretty weak looking side, which is somewhat understandable considering the opposition and champions league second leg coming up. Surprisingly, Spurs have a 100% record without Kane this season and are almost identical in terms of expected goals, so he's loss isn't as significant as it first appears. However, this was mainly due to Son playing more advanced and he has been replaced by Llorente today ( shudder ). Spurs generally seem to improve in the 2nd half and the line up doesn't inspire a fluid, attacking performance so ...
2nd half to have most goals @ 11/10
Tottenham to win by exactly 2 goals @ 3/1

Fulham v Everton
Home 73/20 Draw 59/20 Away 15/20
The reverse fixture in September was won 3-0 by Everton.
Silva has finally stopped tinkering with the Everton formation and is expected to start with the same side that won their last three including wins over Arsenal and Chelsea. Scotty Parker has got Fulham playing more attacking football but he is still without Mitrovic. Fulham did manage to sneak a goal against Liverpool here a few weeks ago so lets assume they do the same against the other merseyside outfit. They have also lost their last nine matches which makes the pick
Multi Scores
Everton to win 2-1/3-1/4-1 @ 67/20
Southampton v Wolves
Home 16/10 Draw 43/20 Away 39/20
The reverse fixture in September was won 2-0 by Wolves.
Wolves are basically a European side put together by super agent Jorge Mendes. They need to get into europe. With Man City expected to win the FA Cup this makes position 7th in the EPL a Europa League spot. Leicesters defeat last night, Watfords FA Cup run and Everton still needing to play Man Utd and Spurs puts Wolves in pole position. They have to get something from every match and, as Southampton have scored in their last five matches, will go with

Manchester United v West Ham
Home 4/10 Draw 4/1 Away 25/4
The reverse fixture was won 3-1 by West Ham.
I believe Ed Woodward comfortably ranks top 10 in the list of people with zilch common sense to make it to the top. The problem with the ManU squad was some of the stars only bother in the bigger games. They brought in Ole and suddenly more interest was shown in every match. Now its fixed so don't break it. What does the idiot Woodward and his cohorts do - They give Ole a contract. This should have been left to the end of the season. Result- Top players immediately back to old ways and produce crap against Watford and twice against Wolves. Gave it a run against Barca. What will happen this evening? Same old/Same old which makes this pick a runner
West Ham D/C @ 19/10

Palace v Man City
Man City have not been scoring at will recently and Roy Hodgson is going to present Pep with a similar defensive pattern Rafa did at Newcastle where City scored one.
Beers going on
