All Football Tips w/c 29th April was created by mackem

Champions League and Europa League semis, Absa Prem and English Premier League form the focus of this week's previews.

Found this interesting on the BBC site about qualifying for UCL and UEL next season. Its potentially more complex than has been made out, especially if English clubs win the Champions League and Europa League this season.

Tottenham v Ajax

Managed to get a ticket for the game so an early post before the booze kicks in. As predicted, Spurs weren't particularly interested on Saturday and could of been beaten by 3 on another day. In a weird way, the performance was so lacking it has given me confidence that they will put absolutely everything into this. Ajax have looked very good away from home in the knockout stages but both games have come in the second leg so they don't need to be as cavalier as they have been. Despite the injuries, I fancy Spurs to do enough and the price looks reasonable.

Tottenham to win @ 7/5

Spurs v Ajax
I know Spurs have a quality defense but this is a team which put 2 past the best defense in town - Juve - and it should have been more, 3 against Bayern and 4 against Real Madrid. I expect the same attitude tonight

No preview of Bournemouth v Spurs but was toying with Bournemouth to score over 1.5 goals at around 17/10.

Had 7 various footie league outrights running this morning. Lost 4 today and two have been mortally injured ( Portsmouth and Pirates ) Last one standing Liverpool to win EPL. Going with the day

I can't shake this feeling that the title race ends tonight - Newcastle +1 at 22/10 - good home record and reckon Liverpool will be a bit down as the reality of their situation sinks in

I avoided my usual Tottenham bet yesterday as I had a feeling something mental would happen. Even I didn't anticipate the level of " Spursiness " the game would produce. Anyway, a couple of games today involving flat track bullies v teams that are gone/safe

Have been plagued by connectivity problems all weekend so unable to post as normal.
Seems to be back now so just for the record - maybe some live sites still have the bet - I have BTTS in 2nd half yes for The Arsenal v Brighton @ 27/10.
