Race 8: Singaswewin ..... outside value.

An awesome weekend of racing ahead and a few outsiders tonight which I am hoping to get some ammo for tonight. I am hoping some of the fav's are in need of the run.

Was highly thought of before some below par runs. Good draw and worth a go at those odds

Thanks KT , have just switched over , wish i was at the track, love the durban winter season .

Here are my fancies .

Race 5. Undercover Agent and Rainbow Bridge all the rage ... one would think the former is the right one but Rainbow Bridge is the class.
Going to row in with Cirillio at 9/2

Race 6. Really open , prefer Nafaayes and Silvano's Pride at 7/2 and 10/1.

Race 7. Soqrat does look tough to beat , price skinnny though , Thanksgiving my roughie.

Race 8. Township Melody my fancy in a tough race at 22/1 , great place value.

Race 9. Captain and MaSTER at 4/1 .

Thanks Coil, yeah I was supposed to go down tonight, but family responsibilities took over. Probably last chance to see Soqrat, think he will be going to Dubai personally.

Really glad for my CTC entry, had the 1st 4 past the post in that one. LOL. Like most others I think.

Race 2 – Candy Cane @ 14/1
2 Favourites lightly raced and I am looking to beat them. On a line through Miss Cap Mala, Candy Cane and 3rd fav Annatjie are about a length apart. (Not an exact science for me but by my working) Now I this is the 1st time over distance, for both, but hoping Candy Cane improves and places at least.

Race 3 – Basadi Faith
No bet for me as think Fav looks hard to beat, on form has all of the runners but with these can improve. If I had to pick one to beat it, Gin Fizz but not sure if can make up the distance and give 2Kg’s.

Race 4 – Frosted Gold @ 4/1
Weight swing around on 2 previous runs should assist, but will be including both in Bipot and Bankering Frost Gold in PA.

Race 5 – Fresnaye @ 15/2
Always liked Return Flight but after listening to Jason, following him with this one.

Race 6 – Mighty High @ 8/1
Have really liked this one and will be following again. Personally think better than Schippers and deserves rating. All at Once also big runner but due to previous runs and weight change around, siding with Mighty high

Race 7 – Take a dart board and guess. If pushed will go with Storm Warning @ 14/1

Race 8 – Hawaam

Race 9 – Van Halen @ 13/1 & Pacific Trader @ 7/1

Races 10 – 12- If I am still alive might get involved but will be keeping to this for now.

great thoughts KT. I'm tied up this am so just brief from me:

R3 EMERALD TIARA 16/1 ew. Not stable elect but green run last time when close up and can improve further.

R4 BATTLEOFTRAFALGAR 7/1 ew. Intriguing to see de Kock stick a first timer in here, not his style, have a hunch this one could be ripping it up at home.

R5 SECRET POTION 11/1 ew. Been running against much stronger in past and jock booking really stands out for me.

R6 PRETTY PENNY 20/1 Big roughie but if you ignore last run in soft has some cracking form and very pacey.

R7 No real fancy here but TOP SHOT 16/1 ew could surprise over distance for first time.

R8 Fav unbackable so DIVINE ODYSSEY 20/1 ew and swingers, did well for me last time out when i backed it and won very easily.

R9 RUSSIAN PRINCE 17/1 ew, Just the sort who is bang in form and could surprise more experienced types.

Okay heard interview, coming down to Durban if gets decent draw.

Sounds like Hawwaam for July but wouldn’t be having an antepost based on de kock comments.

Very impressive win although will meet better next time.

A bit of a let down today but still get a couple of champions stepping out in Clouds Unfold and Dutch Philip

Race 3 - Crimera @ 11/1
3 run and gets pole position with blinkers. Last time was backed in from 15's to 15/2 and didn't show. Hoping showing something at home and worth getting involved at those odds
