A new weekly feature from Brent who is looking to Sportingbet's place markets for a weekly golf punt, tracking p&l along the way.

More details in the is preview of the Canadian Open where Scott Piercy is the Top 10 pick at 11/4

May regret tracking the P&L LOL

Will also cover the European Tour but this weeks GolfSixes event doesn't appeal to me

Agree with you on Sportingbet places Brent but I'm on a Coil/Hollywood run with them ( 2 from last 15 ). My two Top 10 picks based on form last week had already missed the cut with two holes to go on Friday. Golf sixes lends itself more to in-play bets so going with Canada only upfront
Top 20
Van Rooyen @ 7/2
Hughes @ 5/1
Harrington @ 15/2

Canadian:

Piercy - 28/1
Cauley - 50/1
Palmer - 55/1
Tringale - 175/1

If I was more interrested would propably have added either Kuch or Simpson @ 20/1.

Welcome to the golf board BG. PW and myself can tell you that it gets much worse then that - it's when your player starts in the top 3 in the final round and finishes outside the places or even the top 10. That's the one that sucks.
