All Racing Tips w/c 17th February

An early one for me for Saturday,

Race 6 - Pleasedtomeetyou @ 45/1 and 15/2 (WSB)
Basing this on a line through Russet Air. Last run over course and distance on 23-Nov-19, there is a 4kg swing for a 1.5l beating. Next run over 1100 again a large weight swing around to all that run, 2Kgs to RA for narrow beating.
Now I know last run wasn't the best but if you look at history Pleasedtomeetyou is better over 1200m and 1400m g=having run close to top horses including One World at level weights.

And if a head wind should still be running on. Heavily weighted for places.

Race 8 - Parterre @ 14/1
Looks like looking for this distance by my limited knowledge. Has won well over 2000m and worth ago having been drawn well and gets top jock on.

Will post more later but those are 2 early ones I like.

One for Turffontein on Saturday

Race 5 - Double O Eight @ 16/1
Had a really good win last time against some decent sorts. Steps up but will be carrying 46kg's with Appie Claim. Last time led and then just held off. Maybe will do same again.

Worth ago with weights, and can't get to hurt.

KT What site do you guys use for racing results? I often follow on the racing thread but buggered if I can find a really good free results site

I use Gallop mostly or the Tab on line site.

Also can use Gallop for form and if you a hollywood account you get free access to there form guides.

Please God we don't get any of the ridiculous scenes we witnessed yesterday in PE .

Race 1. Workriders race , preference for Opening Gambit , top workrider on board and stable in form . 16/10 . Imperius Duke my roughie at 14/1.

Race 2. Been tipped Sergeant York 7/2 and Winter Stories at 8/1 , but for me very open and no real fancy.

Race 3. The odds on chance Dubawi Princess all the rage but too short at 7/10.

Race 4. Intothemystic gets the blinkers and could improve 17/10 enough to win , a narrow first choice .

Race 5. Mardi Gras back in form but price looks a little skinny , going with Mombela at 6/1 eachway.

Race 6 . Preference for Stage Dance at 22/10.

Race 7. Another small field and looks competitive , preference for Secret Dream and hoping she stays and dictates matters at 16/10.

Race 8. Going wide here in the exotics , fancy Rocketman 16/1 and Bouncing Tigger 10/1.

Race 9. A wide open last race , going to try Strydom and Kool Baikel at 6/1 eachway.

Cape Town

Race 1. What a disappointment Track Attack has been , a huge price tag of 5.2 million ronts . Maitland magic all the talk and a narrow selection at 15/10 .

Race 2. Academic Gold disappointing but can win and 3/1 and drops down to the 1200m, my narrow first choice in an open race.

Race 3. Erik The Red all the rage here and hard to beat , at 6/10 possibly include in multi's .

Race 4. Delta Queen tough to beat at 18/10.

Race 5. Charles my first choice at 11/2 but has a tough draw to overcome. Also like Vikram in a tough race at 12/1.

Race 6. Front and Centre should improve over this 1400m, but I do think the race is open . Golden Chance at 7/1 and Miss Florida 16/1 my fancies .

Race 7. Kasimer is my best bet of the day at 13/10, Bold Respect the danger.

Race 8. King of Gems at 7/1 .

Race 9. A tough race , prefernce for Silver Tiara at 4/1.

great thoughts coil and KT.I'm focussing on the rugby today so just a few -

K5 VIKRAM 12/1 ew. Eye-catching jockey booking and will like this trip.

K6 GOLDEN CHANCE 13/2 ew. Drier keeping this one down here to try and land a feature, he's normally packed up to KZN by now so think she's a big runner.

K7 CHIMICHURU RUN 4/1, needs the 1200 and expecting a huge effort today.

K8 SILVER HOST 28/10, my best bet on card. Have a sneaky feeling this one could go on to be the stable's big KZN season runner, Daily News 2000 etc. We'll know today.
