Stage 6, Kamna and Hermans for me from a break.

If it looks like GC will hunt the break down will look at Guillume Martin in running

Both in play bets were knee jerk reactions to something I saw

Herrada was clearly battling, backed Roche, Herrada dropped, Herrada fights back, Roche dropped, Roche never seen again

The Yates not to get yellow was when Jumbo came to the front and looked intent on closing down the break, they then sat back and let Ineos set a defensive pace

Poor day but in Grand Tours we do not give up - onto stage 7

When something gets talked up this much its usually a damp squid - reckon wind probably plays no major part today.

But still think the big teams will be a touch nervous so the pace should be good. Reckon whether wind or no wind Bennett will be keen to get the win in green today. So its just a normal strike on Sam with Gbets and/or WSB

I have taken the big one highlighted by you guys with Yates, and then a couple smaller ones as follows:

Van Avermett @ 80/1 - Impressed me last time with climbing when came 4th, if gets into the break could hold on and win a sprint possibly.

Van Aert, @ 125/1 - If a GC win, maybe he can get over last climb and catch up and win a sprint. Weighted to places as if he is there with Roglic would have to give him the win, but could see him taking other bonus seconds. (And no I haven't been smoking the green stuff from the Bluff)

David Gaudu @ 33/1 - With Pinot out maybe he will be allowed to get in the break and is far enough back for other GC's to stress. And as he has shown if in the break he would prbably be one of the best climbers.

I am now looking forward to my Sunday afternoon.

Bennett and QS will be on a high - the sprinters also know this is one of their last real chances for a sprint apart from the last stage into Paris. Thus the break should have zero chance today.

On the long term front I'm hoping for Bennett to extend his lead in green and then I'll be looking for Sagan at around 2/1 as he spends the next week looking for points in the tougher stages.

Back to stage 11 and I'm willing to give Bol one more go. That train of his is just immense and surely he will feel he owes them a big one.

My customary 1k will go down on him at 11/2 with Gbets for the Top3 promo.

Come on the Sex Bot go get some!!!

I think that's the green jersey settled. Sagan's target this year has always been the Giro. My missus who has followed him since the cradle reckons this is his last road race season. May be worth laying Sagan Top 3 - No if you have access to that bet. I think there is every chance he pulls to concentrate on the Giro.

Would certainly be good news for our Trentin Top3 play if Sagan were to pull out. The good thing for him is that I honestly feel he is getting better and better - was right there in the mix with the purest of sprinters today and yesterday.

Anyway onto Stage 12 and a few early plays. Expecting a break and the riders with a fast finish from this break to take it so time for a few darts.
