hollywood has been bad for kzn racing wished they never got involved at all...no more for me

more better priced horses fancied to run good races

yesterday was good but Thursday we do better
Kenilworth and in a weakish maiden line up Paper Trail looks a standout ( sure he does his own rides?)

Forgetful Girl looks very tough to beat but price very short but will include in multi's.

Race 5
Really like Scented Mistress today, ran in feature last time and will be hard to peg back.

Race 6
Rosalie Runs in a very open race

Race 7
Another competitive heat , preference for Mr Cobbs in his hatrick attempt.

Line of Power to end proceedings

Nice racing today. Did usual skim of cards for any from my follow list, one has popped up -

K7 Dragon Power 5/1. Should have won last time out but big trouble in running. Light mass today and gets the services of the best low weight jock about.

Thanks guys, I have gone for the following today:

Turffontein
Race 1 - Gold Griffin @ 6/1 (WSB)

Race 2 - Purple Panther @ 12/1 (WSB)
I think this horse is more than decent and think something went wrong in last race, and gets a reasonable weight

Race 3 - Storm Commander @ 7/1 (HW) & Wylie Wench @ 16/1 (WSB)
Storm commander with low weight and well drawn. Holds couple of fav's with weight turn around
Wylie Wrench has great course form and on history looks like runs well fresh and remember stable really rating it as a 3 year old.

Race 4 - Afternoon Tea @ 7/1 (HW)
On weight turn around looks like holds all except for Magical Flight and I think if see's out distance should be able to hold its own

Race 6 - Tallin @ 25/1 (WSB)
Last few runs have been disappointing but on first 3 runs on course seems to maybe be a course specialist. Can't get hurt at these odds

Race 7 - Dr Dolitte @ 9/1 & Gimmethegoahead @ 12/1

Race 9 - Louis the Seventh @ 50/1

Kenilworth

Race 1 - Host of Angels @ 40/1
Well bred and full sister to Lanner Falcon who was speedy early. Last run was disappointing but stable does bring them along slowly Fav looks tough to beat but will weight to place.

Race 5 - Queens Club @ 8/1
On last run holds the fav at weight turn around

Race 7 - Winter Flight @ 20/1
Had some more than decent run over shorter and if ignore last over 1200m, then this could be in the shake up.

Good bounce back coil with cobs and rock, and nice places Louis kt!

Didn’t get to place any more bets and dragon only 4th. Trying Fighter 11/2 last, came in to 9/2 just after placed bet so hoping money is right.

Some tough racing today from PMB, and just a few early and will see how we go.

Race 2 - Mystery Trip @ 18/1 & Quenanza @ 18/1
Both have some decent form @ course which is important in my opinion.
Quenanza had a good run course & distance and now gets the appie claim and hopefully up the straight can surprise with light weight and last run C & D was a very quick time.

Race 3 - Talisman @ 30/1
Stable has previously done me okay bringing 1st timers into places.

Race 5 - Follow My Path @ 13/1
Horse I have followed in JHB and more than decent form up there. gets good draw and hasn't come down for a holiday. Hoping for a decent run for my money.

Small Nibble on August Red , 16/1. Was heavily supported a few runs back and could run into the money.

Race 5
African Warrior 7/2 , bad draw but Dillion in great form and the other co fav Karoo Lark 7/2.

Race 6
Pearl Of Asia, likes the course but very tough race 8/1.
