It’s very very early but one early fancy I have is THE REAL PRINCE. I backed him and filly stablemate Give me Everything last time out in the Guineas races, both drawn poorly and ran on nicely.
TRP I think will go Gold Challenge route next over mile, a good pointer for July, and looking at fields for Daily News 2000 i think the GC could be the stronger pointer to July.
Seen some 33/1 ante-post TRP but going to hunt for bigger. Always a risk he doesn’t run in July but will take my chances.

TRP - I'm a big fan of horse and yard, I wasn't sure about the trip. I'm not planning on getting involved Ante Post as yet but Cousin Casey might pop up on my radar at 33's. It was n't a bad comeback run given injury and long lay off and looks like Tarry's strongest card to me, loves Greyville and might just be ready to peak come the July day.
Royal's ante post price not the worst at 20/1 or so. He runs this Sunday at Scottsville over 1500, track in Maritzburg has been a issue for us in the past and distance sharp but he is well so looking for an encouraging run to bring him on.

If he does get into race it looks like Zackey would ride which would be a big bonus as knows him well.
Will be checking out RV this weekend, thanks for heads up!

My concern is if they run him or keep him out for Gold Cup, but I have always liked this one and Saturdays run wasn't the worse for 1st run back.

Race 7 Pocket Watch, top weight but MR has been coming down slightly and drawn 3, decent enough comeback in a race where average MR was 94 last time (78 today) so 14/1 right now looked an ok price to me.
That aside Lerena looks to have chances throughout the card even though the races look wide open

R6 Really hard race to weigh up, Dave the King best weighted, stable comment is doing well but might need it and I would say more than half the field are prepping inlcuding Royal who we hoping will be running on at the end. Not ruling our boy out but really don't know what to suggest in this race tbh
We have small share in a runner in R2 as well, She' a Trackstar, she was all over the place on debut, should have come on a bundle from that experience but some with useful form and some well bred 1st timers from top yards so will be tough for our girl to earn and she is priced accordingly.
R10 Going to stick with Nathan's yard and Warrior of Royalty, currently 9/2, this appy is a talent, rode a cracker to win the Dash last time out and retains the ride.
One other, thought Famous Warrior might have a squeak in R8 at around 8/1 but nothing I'm really strong on today
