2 units on UWC -23.5 vs WSU tonight. Yes it’s a final but UWC are a cut above the rest in the Varsity Shield and have won by 20+ points in every game this season. Great conditions to play rugby in CPT too.
If you want, mortgage your house on the 3/100 for UWC to win the game, it’s safe as houses.

Purely on the results this year and some news articles UWC looks good for the cap - They have points difference of 244 after six matches (40) and beat WSU earlier this year 42 - 5.
Here is also an article on the match www.varsitycup.co.za/news/fnb-uwc-defend-title-against-fnb-wsu
Therefore taking a small interest and backing Chester's team -23.5.

Piled into the handicap last week at -21.5 and taken some more now. Backing Overs_Punter to start off with a winner!

Mitchel has been awesome for the Bulls so far, but Sharks r sniffing blood right now, they found their hunger. Now is a really bad time to be be playing the sharks

I wouldn't be rushing in to this one. Sharks must be running on fumes by now and in desperate need of a rest after a hell of a tour.

Cheetahs -2 v Munster
Glasgow -18 v Connacht
Ulster -3 v Ospreys
Edinburgh +6 v Scarletts
Zebre -4 v Dragons
Kings +7 v Cardiff
Leinster -28 v Treviso
I suspect Leinster and Scarletts will rest a large proportion of their their team in anticipation of their match the following week in the Champions cup. Munster even more so and I would be very interested to see what the cap is in that game v the Cheetahs. I wouldn't be surprised if Munster get beaten. They will be sending a lot of their team home this week before the game as they have achieved the 5 points they came to SA to achieve. Edinburgh on the plus v Scarletts could be a good bet if the cap is placed anywhere near that. They should be out in a few hours.

Agree however with the Scarlets – they are 6 points ahead of Edinburgh so can easily “tank” that game but I reckon Edinburgh will be favourite like Toulouse is versus Racing – Toulouse to win was 1.15/1.20 this morning on French bookies

Cash those tickets boys (B) (B) (B)
Tristan Leyds looks like a star on the rise, scored a cracking try 2nd half.
Should have taken more of the - UWC!
Reckon WSB lost a few pennies on that match

Hurricanes v Chiefs (+10)
Highlanders (-15) v Brumbies
Sunwolves (+20) v Blues
Rebels (-11) v Jaguares
Probably questioning my own sanity going + on the Sunwolves i know but i am sorry i just cannot have the Blues to cover any handicap by 20 or more and particularly when they lost against the Sunwolves last season in Japan

Does anyone have any strong ideas regarding any low odd games that one can use in an acca this week? Any input will be appreciated.

Plenty of key injuries to both sides. Still waiting on D-Macks health but I would think unlikely considering he was limping of the field. No TJ and still unsure if Beauden will be a late scratch again.

Highlanders not covered that cap against Brumbies since 2003, and Pocock back has really galvanised this side, got their set pieces firing again which is bad news for a Higglanders team who’ve struggled in this department.
+15.5 is PLATINUM!

Team news a little bit inconclusive but agree with Overs Punter that double digits looks big enough for a plus call
3 units (1 to 10 scale) Chiefs +10.5 points at 9/10 widely available

Feel more confident this week and like a number of plusses.
Chiefs plus , Wolves plus , Brumbies plus and Jag's plus.
Bulls have a cracking record against the Sharks and could also be a plus call.
Waratahs look about right and no bet just yet.

Going against the grain with this one, had a decent go at Highlanders -15
Think they'll have too much quality, particularly outwide, can see Naholo having a field day
I like the other preview picks though, particularly Rebels -11 and Wolves +20.
Have backed both of these also.

Points punters, which games are you eying our for high scoring affairs? I reckon Sunwolves Blues would be a try fest but bad weather preventing me from a strike there. If points in the highlanders Brumbies game is anywhere in the 60’s I reckon I will strike for unders. Brumbies a solid defensive unit and reckon they will dog it out without conceding too much without scoring many themselves.
If points are anywhere around the early 50’s mark for Kings and or Cheethas game I will look to strike overs.

In Super Rugby, I m with you on the Wolves games potentially being a try fest but waiting for update on the forecast and obviously the cut.
The Canes Chiefs is definitely not on my radar – not sure why but I see a closed game ending with less than 50 points
I have the Rebels points and tries in mind, and if cuts are around 50 points, I ll probably go for over in the Tahs and Sharks game
In the Aviva, I would go for over if the cut is around 45 in tomorrow’s game, and will wait for the cut tries and points for Wasps, Tigers, Sarries and Exeter – depending on the forecast obviously
In the top 14, Clermont v Bordeaux, Lyon v Stade Francais and La Rochelle v Castres are the three I am targetting so far but will wait for startinbg line and forecast

Cut is placed at 50.5 - I was expecting bigger to potentially go under (which I hate to do) but I will wait for the update on McKenzie and the latest forecast to take a decision.
Will put a tenner on Brodie to score @ 11 and take Laumape @ 2.85
