Orlando Pirates host Supersport United in Tuesday's Betway Premiership action and it's an opportunity for the Bucs to go top of the standings
Pirates
Pirates have won all 3 of their league games, scoring 6 goals and conceding just the 1 and they are second on the log, behind Sundowns on goal difference. Downs have a midweek fixture at home to Royal AM on Wednesday so Pirates get first crack at extending 1 of only 2 100% records in the Betway Premiership.
Home wins in the league against Chippa (2-1) and Polokwane (3-0) were followed by a 1-0 victory away to Richards Bay. In addition Pirates have already banked the MTN8 trophy but they came unstuck for the first time this season last weekend with a shock 3-2 home defeat to Magesi in the Carling Knockout.
Pirates are currently trading at 4/1 to win the league title this season with Betway who make Sundowns favourites at 5/10 and Kaizer Chiefs can be backed at 9/1.
Supersport
Supersport are finding it tough going and they have earned just the 4 points from 4 league games. Those points came in home games, a 0-0 draw with Royal AM and a 1-0 win over TS Galaxy. In their most recent league game they lost 1-0 away to Cape Town City and they started with a 2-0 defeat in the derby with Sundowns.
At the weekend Supersport also crashed out of the Carling Knockout after they were thumped 4-0 by Kaizer Chiefs.
Recent Head to Head
These teams have already met this season, in the first round of the MTN8 and Pirates eventually came out on top 3-1 in Orlando although they needed extra time to seal the deal.
Last season's league fixtures finished 1-1 in Orlando and Supersport were 3-1 winners in their home game.

Both sides have injury issues but Pirates have more depth in their squad and I am siding with the Bucs to score at least twice here.
