Important: Forum Upgrade – Action Required by Members


Hi to all the GFTG Forum members some of which have been registered since 2009. We’re excited to let you know that our discussion forum has been upgraded! The previous platform had become outdated, and this upgrade will give us improved stability along with some long-awaited features – such as the ability to upload avatars again. The forum will continue to look and feel much the same but with new functionality. However, because of the system upgrade, all members will need to re-register in order to post and subscribe to topics.


Key points to note:

• The new forum went live on Monday, 1 September 
• To use the forum after this date, you’ll need to re-register your account (if you haven't already done so)
• We are now using self registration protected by Google Re-Captcha
• Once registered, you can participate as before – starting topics yourself, posting, replying, and subscribing to your favourite topics.
• There are also some changes to the main website which is also getting a much needed upgrade.

We apologize for the inconvenience of having to re-register, but this step is necessary to ensure a smoother experience moving forward.
