There are a host of sports for punters to bet on this Friday and we take a look at some of the highlights in our daily Sports Diary.
RUGBY
The Rugby Internationals may be on Saturday, but there is still plenty of action on Friday starting off with the Mitre 10 Cup in New Zealand and the televised game between Hawke’s Bay and Wellington. Wellington are certainly not the side they are in Super Rugby and although they are 11/20 to win the game, our fancy is Hawke’s Bay to beat the handicap currently set at (+5.5) points.
Friday evening sees Currie Cup action and here we have Griquas, who currently top the table, at home to Western Province. Griquas are 22/10 underdogs and the handicap is (+6.5), but we give Griquas every chance of a victory here especially given Western Province have lost a few players to the Springbok squad for the test against Argentina. Our call for this game a home win at 22/10.

SOCCER
There is plenty of EPL action this weekend, but Friday night the focus will be on La Liga and Bilbao v Barcelona. Barcelona the hot favourites to win the League at 6/10 (click here for outright betting) are 7/10 to beat Bilbao with the draw 57/20 and Bilbao the home team on offer at 38/10.

TENNIS
The ATP Cincinnati Masters continues on Friday with the quarter-finals taking place. At the time of writing the quarter-final line up has still to be finalised, but you can click here for betting on all ATP Cincinnati matches as they become available.

HORSE RACING
Friday’s local Horse Racing takes place at the Fairview Polytrack in Port Elizabeth and it is an 8 race card set to commence at 12h35 with the final race set to go off at 16h45. Our best bet on the card comes early in Race 2 over 1200 metres where we like Horse No. 6, Tuyuca currently even money for the win and 2/7 for a Top 2 finish.

CRICKET
The second Ashes Test will go into its third day on Friday and with a day lost to rain the draw is clearly a big runner. There are plenty of in-running options available and likewise for the Sri Lanka v West Indies Test also going into Day 3 on Friday.
