The Bulls delivered a much needed winner for the newsletter last week when they delivered the -7.5 against the Sharks. It was a sweat though as they were on the receiving end of a few yellow cards and then the Sharks butchered what looked a certain try near the end of the game.
After a tough old run I will take it though.
THE HANDICAP
Talking of a tough old run THE HANDICAP is certainly having one. Banned from You Tube for being a "danger to the community" last night we were going to stream onto Planet Stream for the 1st time only for our regular streaming site Streamyard (our studio) to go down with many others globally.
We had to cancel but with The Mossman and The Crowe Tips gagging to talk rugby betting we managed to set up our 1st "X" Spaces and it was very enjoyable - click here for the recording - suggest you fast forward the 1st minute which was basically me fumbling around trying to figure out how things worked.
We are still keen to test the new platform so its a case of watch this space

WEEKEND BETS
I am looking forward to watching the US Open golf tonight, I just love watching the pro's struggle and am hoping Fitzpatrick can recover from a slow start (he was +6 but recovered to +4)
I will also be keeping my eye on the cycling where a fascinating pre Tour de France battle is taking place.
Betting wise it is rugby that will dominate but I am mixing things up a bit.
Chiefs to keep Brumbies quiet
I like the Chiefs to beat the -12.5 handicap against the Brumbies but with old and damp weather expected it is the unders on Brumbies that catches my eye.

I am still deciding on my bet for the URC final and am probably not going to get involved in the Prem Final so I am turning to the golf and Fridays late starters.
