There is English Premier League action to look forward to on Friday night and Saturday and we take a look at 3 of the games from a betting angle.
Before we get into the matches themselves an update on the Outright Betting markets where Manchester City are trading as 10/11 favourites to win the League with Chelsea at 11/4, Liverpool 7/2 and Manchester United have drifted from 12/1 to 30/1 and you can get 125/1 and better the balance.

FRIDAY
ARSENAL v ASTON VILLA
The Gunners are sitting 12th on the table and are unbeaten in their last 5 but have drawn their last 2 games at home to Crystal Palace and away at Brighton. 3 of the 8 Arsenal matches have delivered profits for over 2.5 goal backers.
Aston Villa are 1 point and 1 position behind Arsenal, but they have lost 3 of their last 5 matches including their last 2, 3-2 at home to Wolves and 2-1 away at Tottenham.
Aston Villa did the double over Arsenal last season and won this fixture 3-0.

Arsenal 19/20
Draw 11/4
Aston Villa 59/20
Suggested Bet: Arsenal win at 19/20
I toyed with the goals market here, but at the end of the day I think Arsenal will put their disappointing home draw to Crystal Palace aside and get the win against an Aston Villa side which looks to be struggling.
SATURDAY
CHELSEA v NORWICH
Chelsea are top of the table with only 1 loss in their opening 8 games. They are coming off back-to-back victories, 1-0 at Brentford and 3-1 at home to Southampton. Their only loss this season came at home 1-0 to Manchester City. Chelsea’s defence has been rock solid and they have only conceded 3 times in 8 matches while scoring 16 goals.
Norwich are bottom of the table on 2 points after 8 games and they are still searching for their first victory of the season. They are coming off back-to-back draws, both goalless, at home to Brighton and away at Burnley. Norwich have only scored 2 goals while conceding 16 this season.

Chelsea 1/5
Draw 6/1
Norwich 14/1
Suggested Bet: Handicap, Chelsea (-2) at 15/10
For this bet to arrive we need Chelsea to win by 3 goals or more and at home against a Norwich side that looks out of their depth in the Premier League I expect them to do exactly that.
EVERTON v WATFORD
Our final bet on Saturday comes in the Everton v Watford game and here we have Everton sliding down the table, but still in 8th position with only 1 win in their last 4 matches. They were beaten 1-0 at home by West Ham last time out, but prior to that got a point at Old Trafford. Prior to the loss to West Ham they had won all 3 of their home matches.
Watford are 16th on the table and they are coming off a 5-0 hammering by Liverpool at home, their second successive defeat having lost 1-0 on the road to Leeds before that.
50% of Everton matches have reached 3 goals or more this season while only 3 of the 8 Watford games have seen over 2.5 goal backers collect profits.

Everton 13/20
Draw 3/1
Watford 17/4
Suggested Bet: Over 2.5 goals at 9/10
I am expecting some improvement from Watford under new management and just have a gut feel that we are going to get goals in this one.
