BettingDiaryThere are 4 English Premier League matches taking place on Sunday and we take a look at each of them from a betting angle.

SHEFFIELD UNITED v LEEDS– Click here to bet

Sheffield United have battled at the start of the season and have lost both games, away at Aston Villa and at home to Wolves, they have yet to score a goal.

Leeds were very impressive in losing their first match back in the EPL 4-3 to Liverpool and they then came out and beat Fulham at home by the same margin.

BETTING

Sheffield United 7/4

Draw 47/20

Leeds 33/20

Suggested Bet: Leeds win at 33/20

Leeds have impressed so far, but these are the sort of games they will need to win if they want to ensure that their first season back is not a battle for survival. They have impressed so far and I think they can beat goal shy Sheffield United.

TOTTENHAM v NEWCASTLE – Click here to bet

Tottenham bounced back from their home defeat to Everton to beat Southampton 5-2 away last weekend. They face a Newcastle side that opened with a 2-0 away win over West ham, but went down 3-0 at home last week to Brighton.

Last season it was the away team that won on each occasion when the sides met.

BETTING

Tottenham 5/10

Draw 71/20

Newcastle 23/4

Suggested Bet: Under 2.5 goals at 21/20

This fixture has been low scoring in recent years with only 1 goal scored in the last 3 matches Tottenham have hosted.

MANCHESTER CITY v LEICESTER – Click here to bet

Manchester City have only played 1 game so far beating Wolves 3-1 away last weekend. They now face Leicester who sit top of the table after a 4-2 home win over Burnley and a 3-0 away win over West Brom.

City did the double over Leicester last season winning 1-0 on the road and beating them 3-1 at home.

BETTING

Manchester City 3/10

Draw 5/1

Leicester 8/1

Suggested Bet: Anytime Goal Scorer, Jamie Vardy at 41/20

City have rightly been priced as favourites here, but they are too short for my money and Leicester have shown enough to suggest they can get on the score sheet and if they do my money would be firmly on Vardy.

WEST HAM UNITED v WOLVES – Click here to bet

West Ham are still looking for their first point of the season having lost 2-1 away to Arsenal and 2-0 at home to Newcastle. They face a Wolves side who opened their campaign with a 2-0 away win over Sheffield United, but were beaten 3-1 at home last week by Manchester City.

Wolves did the double over West Ham last season winning both fixtures 2-0 and they have now won their last 4 matches against West Ham.

Betting

West Ham 57/20

Draw 12/5

Wolves 21/20

Suggested Bet: Wolves win at 21/20

They look to be playing better football than West Ham and also have a very strong record against the Hammers and I am going with a Wolves win here.
