BettingDiaryThere are 4 English Premier League matches taking place on Saturday and we take a look at each of them from a betting angle.

EVERTON v MANCHESTER UNITED – Click here to bet

Everton have slipped to 4th on the table having started very strongly, but only taken 1 point from the last 9 they have played for.  Last time out they lost 2-1 away at Newcastle and prior to that 2-0 on the road to Southampton.  Their last home game was a 2-2 draw against Liverpool.

Manchester united are 15th on the table and they have only won 2 of their opening 6 matches.  In their last start they were beaten 1-0 at home by Arsenal and prior to that played a goalless draw at home against Chelsea.  Their last away win was a convincing 4-1 victory over Newcastle and both of their victories have come on the road this season.

BETTING

Everton 39/20

Draw 5/2

Manchester United 14/10

Suggested Bet:  The draw at 5/2

Everton are strong at home and United have looked good on the road, this could be another draw between these sides.  Both games last season were drawn 1-1 and if you fancy a correct score bet then that is available at 5/1.

CRYSTAL PALACE v LEEDS – Click here to bet

Crystal Palace sit 13th on the table, 1 position below Leeds, but on the same amount of points after 7 matches.  They are coming off an away defeat to Wolves and their last home game was a 1-1 draw against Brighton.

Leeds were hammered 4-1 at home last time out, but their last road trip was a successful 3-0 win against Aston Villa.

BETTING

Crystal Palace 39/20

Draw 12/5

Leeds 29/20

Suggested Bet:  Over 2.5 goals at 9/10

These matches have tended to have goals this season and I am betting on seeing at least 3 in this game.

CHELSEA v SHEFFIELD UNITED – Click here to bet

Chelsea are 7th on the table and have drawn 3 and won 2 of their last 5 matches.  Last time out they beat Burnley 3-0 away and in their last home game they drew 3-3 against Southampton.

Sheffield United are second from bottom of the table and have taken just 1 point from their opening 7 games.  They did perform creditably last time out losing 1-0 at home to Manchester City, but they have lost all 3 away matches this season.

Sheffield United did well against Chelsea last season winning 3-0 at home and drawing this fixture 2-2.

BETTING

Chelsea 9/20

Draw 77/20

Sheffield United 25/4

Suggested Bet:  Handicap, Chelsea (-1) at 11/10

Chelsea have been a bit inconsistent this season, but they have looked strong at home and have scored freely, I think they can win this by more than a goal.

WEST HAM v FULHAM – Click here to bet

West Ham go into this weekend 14th on the table having only taken 2 points from the last 9 they have played for.  They were beaten 2-1 away at Liverpool last time out and in their last home game drew 1-1 with Manchester City.

Fulham are 17th on the table and picked up a much needed 3 points last time out with a 2-0 home win over West Brom, their first win of the season.  On the road they have battled and have lost all 3 matches conceding 8 goals and scoring just 1.

West Ham did the double over Fulham last season winning each game by 2 goals.

BETTING

West Ham 17/20

Draw 28/10

Fulham 13/4

Suggested Bet:  West Ham win at 17/20

I have been impressed by West Ham in patches this season and they have put in some good performances at home.  I think they will beat Fulham and will go for the 17/20 they win the match, but for the more aggressive punter perhaps back them on the handicap of (-1) at 43/20, this result would have arrived in this fixture last season.
