BettingDiaryFive Grand Prix’s left in the season and we are off to Mexico this week and the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez for the Mexican GP.

Max Verstappen has shortened to a 9/20 favourite to win the Formula 1 Drivers Title after his victory in the USA extended his lead to 12 points over big rival Lewis Hamilton. The pair started 1 and 2 on the grid and finished well clear of the rest of the field with Perez who was 3rd on the grid completing the podium. Lewis Hamilton can be backed at 7/1 for the Championship.

The Mexican Grand Prix was cancelled in 2020 due to COVID, but Lewis Hamilton won the last edition back in 2019 preventing Max Verstappen from getting a hat trick of victories. No one outside the pair has won in the last 4 renewals of the Mexican GP.

Max Verstappen 8/11

Lewis Hamilton 2/1

Sergio Perez 15/1

Valtteri Bottas 22/1

Lando Norris 50/1

Charles Leclerc 50/1

70/1 and better the balance

Suggested Bet: Max Verstappen win at 8/11

Hamilton was expected to have the edge in the USA, but that was not the case and Verstappen carries plenty of momentum into this Grand Prix having finished either 1st or 2nd in the last 3 races.

That is particularly important for this bet as World Sports Betting have a Money Back in Free Bets for 2nd Promo, meaning that if he does get pipped to the post there is no financial damage.

The Formula 1 Betting will be updated throughout the weekend and another market I would be looking at is Perez to podium something he has achieved in the last two races and he certainly seems to be setting himself up for a strong finish to the season.
