Rugby World Cup and Euro 2020 Qualifiers dominate Friday’s action, we take a closer look in our Daily Diary.
RUGBY
There has been plenty of drama in the last 24 hours in the Rugby World Cup with two of the weekends fixtures already cancelled due to a typhoon moving into Japan.
Fortunately Friday’s game between Australia and Georgia will go ahead and here we have Australia (-26.5) points against Georgia. Australia have named what looks a decent side, but Georgia will be looking to go out on a high after a disappointing Rugby World Cup. The total points line is 50.5.

There is plenty of other rugby action on Friday starting in the morning with Taranaki against Auckland in the Mitre 10 Cup. This should be a good and entertaining affair with Taranaki (+4.5) and Auckland trading at (-4.5).

There are two Pro 14 Rugby matches on Friday night with the Cheetahs at home to Munster and Leinster at home to Edinburgh. In fact the Dragons also host Connacht, but that is not a televised fixture.
The Cheetahs who have opened with two convincing victories are (-8.5) against a Munster side missing many of its Internationals and Leinster who bounded to a cracking victory last week are (-13.5) at home to Edinburgh.

EURO 2020 QUALIFIERS
There are a host of Euro 2020 Qualifiers on Friday, but the pick for most South African fans will be the game featuring England which sees them travel to the Czech Republic. England are firm favourites here at 11/20 with the Czech Republic 5/1 and if you fancy goals on the night then over 2.5 goals is trading at 7/10 and over 3.5 goals at 7/4.

TENNIS
The ATP Shanghai Masters continues on Friday with the quarter-finals and Novak Djokovic continues to look the goods and is 1/6 to beat Stefanos Tsitsipas in his game. Alexander Zverev has been short price favourite for most of his matches and is now 16/10 underdog against Roger Federer who is 5/10. There are loads of markets on each match and you can click here for all the ATP Shanghai betting.
HORSE RACING
Local Horse Racing is at the Fairview Polytrack on Friday with an 8 race card getting going at 12:35 and set to finish at 16:45.
Our first fancy comes in the 2nd race, Horse No. 5, Sailor Sam who opened at 33/10 and has been supported into 3/1 for the win. There are quite a few favourites on the day trading at least 15/10 and finding a Pick Six banker is not easy and we may even be tempted with Seville, Horse No. 3 in the final race currently priced at 18/10.
