Cape Town City host Kaizer Chiefs in a live PSL match on Tuesday night and we take a look at that and some of the other options available to punters in our betting diary.
FOOTBALL
There are two PSL matches taking place on Tuesday and 6th placed Cape Town City hosts top of the table Kaizer Chiefs. Both sides are undefeated with City having one win and two draws and Chiefs two wins and a draw, that draw came on the weekend against SuperSport United where they finished 1-1.
Looking at last year’s fixtures between the sides, Chiefs won this fixture 4-1 but Cape Town City won 1-0 in the reverse fixture.
Cape Town City are narrow favourites at 15/10 with Chiefs 43/20 and the draw 39/20 and given Chiefs have a good record here, we think the 43/20 an away win could be the play.
The other match sees Highlands Park against AmaZulu with both sides still searching for their first victory. Highlands picked up 2 points by successive draws away at Black Leopards and Maritzburg and AmaZulu picked up their first point at home to Pirates in a goalless draw, they have though yet to score a goal.
AmaZulu won this fixture 2-1 last season.
The bet we like here is both teams to score, yes, at 11/10 that would have arrived in all 3 of Highlands games and AmaZulu are surely due a goal.

TENNIS
The US Open continues on Tuesday and Roger Federer plays his first round match and he is 1/100 to beat his opponent Sumit Nagal who is 14/1. A double we like on the day is Jo Wilfried Tsonga and Alexander Zverev to win their respective matches and that works out to just a shade over 1/1.

Serena Williams is drawn against Maria Sharapova on Tuesday and Williams is a 1/4 favourite to see off the former World No. 1. We have a feeling that Sharapova will put up some resistance and like over 20.5 games at 19/20.

CYCLING
The Vuelta a Espana continues on Tuesday with Stage 4, the stage should be one for the sprinters and it is hard to see Sam Bennett the Irishman getting beaten, although there is a danger of cross-winds so this stage could turn out be more entertaining than expected.
Vuelta outright markets as well as stage betting is available at this link as and when available.
