The US Open Tennis, Vuelta a Espana and 6 PSL matches are among the sporting highlights for punters to get involved in on Wednesday.
ABSA PREMIER LEAGUE
There are 6 Absa Premiership matches taking place on Wednesday and Super Sport are televising Pirates v Arrows and Celtic v Sundowns.
Much was expected of Orlando Pirates this season, but they are off to a slow start and are currently sitting 10th on the log with 4 points from their 3 matches. They face a Golden Arrows side who are sitting 4th on the log with 2 wins and a loss in their opening 3 games. This fixture has been drawn 0-0 the last two runnings and at 13/2 that score line surely offers some value once again.

Bloem Celtic have 4 points from their 3 games and their only home game was a 5-0 thumping of Golden Arrows. They face 5th placed Mamelodi Sundowns who are undefeated, but have drawn their last 2 games and their only away match was a 1-1 draw at Chippa United.
These sides drew both of their League fixtures with neither team scoring last season and we are once again tempted by the goalless draw priced at 25/4.

TENNIS
The Men’s US Open continues on Wednesday and the big three Djokovic, Federer and Nadal are all in action and very short price favourites to progress. A more competitive betting heat looks to be Borna Coric against Grigor Dimitrov and we fancy the latter at 14/10.

Karolina Pliskova is amongst the ladies in action and she is a 1/14 shot in her match on Wednesday and Serena Williams is also very short at 1/20 to progress to the next round.
We fancy Jelena Ostapenko at odds of 23/20 to get past Alison Riske the 13/20 favourite in that match up.

CYCLING
The Vuelta a Espana continues with Stage 5 taking place on Wednesday and in typical Vuelta fashion we are wasting no time in getting into the mountains with a mountain top finish that should already sort out the men from the boys. The breakaway must stand a good chance in this stage, but either way there will certainly be General Classification action and while this is not a day where the Vuelta will be won, it can certainly be lost with a poor performance.
Our cycling markets are updated the night after each stage and you can click here for the betting on the Outright Markets such as the Winner, King of the Mountains and Points Jersey as well as Stage Winner betting and Stage Match betting.
HORSE RACING
Local Horse Racing takes place at Scotsville tomorrow with the 1st race off at 12h55 and the 8th and final race at 16h55. One of the better bets on the cards looks to be the favourite in the 4th race, Cabo Da Cruz, Horse No. 8 at 11/10 for the win.
