ManCity StadiumEnglish Premier League continues on Saturday and we have a play for all matches including Spurs v Newcastle, Man City v West Ham and Brighton v Arsenal

Prices from Sportingbet are correct at the time of publication but subject to change.

Spurs 1.85/1 Draw 29/10 Newcastle 5/4

Spurs have earned just 4 points from their last 6 matches and are in mid table whilst 4 straight wins, all with a clean sheet have seen Newcastle rise to fifth.

Spurs have been missing virtually their whole first choice defence and come up against a striker in hot form in the shape of Isak but I'm siding with Anthony Gordon to score anytime for the visitors.

Bet: Any goalscorer Anthony Gordon, was 1.95/1 now 22/10 with Sportingbet

Aston Villa 1 / 3 Draw 9/2 Leicester 7.75/1

Villa's recent home form is solid enough but defeats away the road see them just above half way in the standings. Leicester have lost 4 in a row, all by a margin of at least 2 goals, they are second bottom on the log although only 2 points from safety.

With Duran suspended you would expect Watkins to be heavily involved. His price to score is understandably short and preference is for him to set one up.

Bet: Player Assists, Ollie Watkins, 1 or more at 3/1 with Sportingbet

Bournemouth 8/10 Draw 26/10 Everton 36/10

Bournemouth are unbeaten in their last 7 (4 wins, 3 draws) and start the new year in a lofty seventh position. Everton are without a win in their last 4 outings, 3 draws and a 2-0 home defeat to Forest and are only 2 points clear of third bottom Ipswich.

Everton have the ability to dig in and I'll take my chances this will be tight and low scoring.

Bet: Under 2.5 goals at 19/20 with Sportingbet

Crystal Palace 26/10 Draw 11/4 Chelsea 19/20

Palace have worked their way out of immediate danger, now 5 points clear of the drop zone. Chelsea have had a poor Xmas period, drawing at Everton and losing at home to Fulham and then at Ipswich and they have slipped from second to fourth.

With Chelsea suffering a dip in form I'm with Palace to score 2 or more in total.

Bet: Home team goals, over 1.5 at 15/10 with Sportingbet

Man City 1 / 3 Draw 5/1 West Ham 7/1

City's 2-0 win at Leicester last time out was only their second league win in the last 10 and they finished 2024 in sixth place, all of 14 points behind league leaders Liverpool. West Ham were thrashed 5-0 by Liverpool in a home fixture last time out, prior to that they were unbeaten in 4 (2 wins, 2 draws).

City have a reasonable run of fixtures to repair the damage done to their season and there could be a couple of goals for Haaland here.

Bet: Haaland 2 or more goals at 22/10 with Sportingbet

Southampton 1.65/1 Draw 26/10 Brentford 1.45/1

The Saints remain rock bottom with just 6 points, 8 shy of second bottom Leicester and a recent change in coach has yet to alter the course of a disastrous season. Brentford are still looking for their first away of the campaign and they have picked up just 2 points from 9 road trips.

Mikkel Damsgaard has scored 2 and made 5 assists for Brentford this season and is a key man who will hopefully register a shot on target

Bet: Shots on target Mikkel Damsgaard, 1 or more at 11/10 with Sportingbet

Brighton 33/10 Draw 29/10 Arsenal 15/20

Mid table Brighton are 7 without a win although 5 of those games finished all square. The Gunners are unbeaten in their last 9 (6 wins, 3 draws) and are back in second spot, 6 points behind Liverpool who also have a game in hand on the chasing pack.

Even without Saka Arsenal created plenty at Brentford and I'm looking to take advantage of a boosted price for an Odegaard assist.

Bet: Player Assists, Martin Odegaard, 1 or more was 3/1 now 38/10 with Sportingbet
