Brentford 16/10 Draw 24/10 Bournemouth 18/10
Brentford boast the best home record in the league with all 13 of their points having being earned in front of their own supporters. On the road it's a different story and they have yet to keep a clean sheet anywhere but they average 3 goals a game on home turf.
Bournemouth have done really well to take 7 points from their last 3 games. Home wins over Arsenal and Manchester City either side of a draw at Villa represents their best form of the season so far.
The Verdict
Although Bournemouth took a point from Villa their away record isn't anything special and they come up against a side in excellent form at home. The visitors will be full of confidence though and it's a tough call in terms of the match result.
I see goals but not a bucket load and 2-3 in total will do for me, an outcome which has arrived in 6/10 Bournemouth league games including each of the last 3.
Bets: Goal range 2-3 at 11/10 with BoyleSports
Palace 17/10 Draw 23/10 Fulham 1.74/1
After a pretty awful start 4 points from their last 2 matches has lifted Palace out of the drop zone. A 1-0 home win over Spurs was followed by a 2-2 draw at Wolves but they still have just 7 points against their name.
Fulham struck late to beat Brentford in a home fixture on Monday night, away form is a bit patchy but with 15 points they are just inside the top half of the standings.
The Verdict
As the betting suggests this could go either way but there is a recent history of draws between these sides and a point a piece could be the outcome once again.
Bets: Match result draw at 23/10 with BoyleSports
West Ham 12/10 Draw 23/10 Everton 5/2
West Ham have won their last 2 home games against Ipswich (4-1) and Man United (2-1) but either side of that they crashed 4-1 at Spurs and 3-0 at Forest and they have 11 points from 10 matches.
Everton's 5 match unbeaten run came to an end last weekend when they became the first team to lose to Southampton (1-0) this season. They are 2 points adrift of their opponents here and 4 better off than third bottom Ipswich.
The Verdict
Both sides were disappointing last week but 2 recent home wins would sway me towards Bowen to pop up with a goal for West Ham at some stage.
Bets: Anytime goalscorer Jarrod Bowen at 2.15/1 with BoyleSports
Wolves even money Draw 26/10 Southampton 28/10
Wolves are bottom of the standings with just 3 points and 1 of only 2 sides yet to win a league game this season. On the plus side they have drawn their last 2 league games, 2-2 at Brighton and by the same scoreline at home to Palace.
The Saints 1-0 home win over Everton was a most welcome boost after they had taken just a single point from their first 9 games but they have scored just 7 goals this season, the lowest tally in the EPL.
The Verdict
Both coaches are under pressure to get maximum points, I'd just about favour Wolves although they are far from banker material given they have yet to win a league game this season.
Bets: Home win at even money with BoyleSports
Brighton 33/10 Draw 2.95/1 Man City 8/10
Brighton gave a decent account of themselves, albeit in a 2-1 defeat away to Liverpool last week. They had taken 7 points from their previous 3 matches and with 16 points they are in a log jam of teams on the heels of Chelsea who are fourth with 18.
City's 2-1 defeat at Bournemouth last week was their first loss in the EPL this season and they finished the round in second spot, 2 points behind Liverpool. Things got worse in midweek when they lost 4-1 away to Sporting in the UCL and having lost at Spurs in the EFL Cup recently they are now tasked with avoiding a fourth straight defeat across all competitions.
The Verdict
By the look of it City do have a few more players available than say 10 days or so ago, they could bounce back at any time and I'll chance my arm with an away win and over 2.5 total match goals.
Bets: Combo, away win and over 2.5 total goals at 1.43/1 with BoyleSports
Liverpool 5/10 Draw 36/10 Aston Villa 52/10
With 8 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat Liverpool set the pace and they continue to make progress in the EFL Cup and UCL, most recently putting Leverkusen away 4-0 in a midweek home fixture. Their only dropped points away from home came in a recent 2-2 draw at Arsenal.
Villa lost 1-0 away to Brugge in the UCL in midweek and having lost 4-1 at Spurs and being held 1-1 at home to Bournemouth they are below the form displayed earlier in the season.
The Verdict
Hats off to Liverpool who continue to roll and Villa haven't impressed of late. All that's missing from my side for Slot's men is a Trent Alexander Arnold goal.
Bets: Anytime goalscorer Alexander Arnold at 98/10 with BoyleSports
