Tournament Preview

Following the conclusion of the FedEx Cup last week, the PGA Tour begins again in earnest with the Safeway Open in California. First played on the PGA Tour back in 2007, the Safeway Open has become one of the most reputable events on the tour – consistently growing in stature year by year. Previous winners of the event include Jimmy Walker, Jonas Blixt and Cameron Champ, testament to the prestige of the event on the PGA Tour. With over $6.5 million in the prize pot too, it is certainly an event worth winning, which should add to the drama in California this week.

The Safeway Open is one of the most prestigious events on the PGA Tour and there are plenty of big names hoping to etch their names into the history books in 2020:-

Chez Reavie – 50.00

Despite not showing any sort of form since the PGA Tour restarted, Chez Reavie is a solid performer at this level and he will fancy his chances here in Napa this week.
