1. This promotion is open to all new and existing Pokerbet customers.
2. This promotion is only valid from 10 October 2023 to 28 October 2023. All bets placed outside of the promotion dates, or following the kick off of the Rugby World Cup final, will not qualify.
3. In order to qualify for the promotion, customers must place an outright bet on any 2023 Rugby World Cup or Cricket World Cup market of a minimum of R50.
4. Should the Springboks win the 2023 Rugby World Cup, and the Proteas win the ICC Cricket World Cup, the customers' first wager on either market of R50 or more will ensure they are entered into the draw to win R1,000,000.
5. Three eligible participants will win R1,000,000, paid into their valid Pokerbet accounts, via an online draw should the Springboks win the Rugby World Cup and the Proteas win the ICC Cricket World Cup.
6. The online draw will take place using a third party software of Pokerbet’s choosing, on a day of Pokerbet’s choosing following the prescribed campaign period.
7. Only the first betslip that meets the qualification criteria will be eligible for the promotion.
8. A valid Pokerbet account is required to participate in the promotion.
9. The promotion is only open to persons who are natural persons, 18 years or older, and either South African citizens or permanently reside in South Africa.
10. Pokerbet may require the winners to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable Pokerbet to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited.
11. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution is permitted. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
12. The Promoters will continuously monitor any irregular behaviour, whether it be in entries and/or Participant’s details. Consequently, any violation or attempt and/or suspicion of violation or irregular behaviour and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the Participant.
13. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these Terms and Conditions and that he/she understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
14. Pokerbet reserves the right to change, amend, edit, postpone or cancel the promotion, prizes, rules, and terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
15. All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading these Terms and Conditions and participating in the promotion, the Participant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoters, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any of the Promoters.
16. The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any Reward nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves.
