PSG beat Bayern Munich in their quarter-final, losing the 2nd leg 1-0 at home, but their 3-2 win in Germany was enough to see them through. In the previous round they had also overcome big guns in the form of Barcelona 5-2 on aggregate, drawing the home leg after the job was done in Spain with a 4-1 win. In the group stages PSG won 2 and lost 1 of their group matches.
They have been in strong form domestically and beat Metz 3-1 on the road on the weekend and a few days before had a big Cup win 5-0 over Angers at home.
Prior to the 1-0 defeat to Bayern Munich in their last match, both teams have found the back of the net in PSG’s last 5 Champions League matches.
Manchester City saw off dangerous Dortmund 4-2 on aggregate in the last 8 and they had also beaten the German side in Monchengladbach 4-0 in the last 16. They have been solid scoring 2 goals in each of the 4 play-off matches they have played while conceding just the 2 goals home and away to Dortmund. In the group stages City won 2 and drew 1 of their away matches.
Manchester City bagged some silverware over the weekend winning the Carabao Cup when they beat Tottenham 1-0 at Wembley and their last League game was a 2-1 away win over Aston Villa.
These sides last met in the Champions League back in 2016 with Manchester City winning a two-legged tie 3-2 on aggregate.

PSG 41/20
Draw 57/20
Manchester City 12/10
Suggested Bet: Over 3.5 goals at 29/20
My immediate reaction here was to check the goal markets although PSG home games have been low scoring in the knock-outs so far this is because they have been able to get away goals and results on the road. This time though they played a first leg and will no doubt have a more attacking approach as will their opponents, Manchester City who will be looking for those away goals.
Both teams to score is 11/20 which is a bit short for me and I am going to settle on 4 goals or more in the game at just under 15/10.
I do think City will prove to be the better side over 2 legs but I am not convinced of the win here and if I was pushing the correct score I would be looking at 2-2 at odds of 21/2
