Race 4 If Quickstep Lady(60.5KG) is 5/1 Marcus on Perfect Princess(59) should be odds on..Looks a top bet

Vaal Thursday
R5 Mode, 1.5 kg claimer, well drawn for Vaal Classic, 3rd to Say When 3 runs back at this track off a 76 and now runs of 74
Race 7 Big fan of Patons Tears win last time out but at the prices like the 2 Candice Dawson runners who are drawn 1 and 2, Sultanah 5/1 and Irish Woner Girl 8/1.
Race 8 Oyster King, decent run last time, form franked with Romeo's Magic going in again. Handy draw at 4 and priced around 4/1
Race 9 Electric Boots e/w 12/1, just out of the maidens but on 18th Feb was only 0.75l behind the second favourite Mirren (4/1) and better off at the weights, also better drawn, still a plus even over 2000m

My picks for Turffontein
Race 3 Jive Express at around 11/2, good run after a couple of months off, Khumalo up
Race 4 Nordic Rebel, risky as doesn't jump well but if it gets away on terms from gate 2 could give a decent run at around 10/1
Race 5 I like the fav Trend Master from gate 1, Waqaas place chance
Race 6 Contrail 5/1 off a feather weight although draw a concern
Race 7 Fav Winter Smoke looks the right one on form to me
Race 8 Written in Stone for places at 8/1
Race 9 My value pick The Makwakkers at around 12/1 , good last time out after a lengthy break, drawn ok at 5

One I quite like at Kenilworth although its a really tricky race.
Race 5 All Lit Up at around 9/2, MR's of a couple of fancied runners steadily rising where as my pick is dropping, was slow away last time from a poor draw but still ran usual decent race and jumps from gate 3 today

Great thoughts guys
A couple I like for today:
Turffontein
Race 3 - Curvation @ 10/1
Extremely consistent, and stable seems to be in okay form. On previous runs holds some of the fav's.
Race 4 - War Jewel @ 14/1
Again for Stable and Jock combination. When stable puts Yeni or Khumalo up horse always has a chance. Also on weight turn around to second fav Stone Cold, should hold him.
Kenilworth
Race 2 - Subtefuge @ 20/1
Last win in PE was eye catching, especially with the time. On the weight turn around should finish closer to Granny Moon and Boldly Go. Worth ago at those odds.
Race 5 - Dubai Lights @ 8/1
Run extremely well againest much better, finishing 3 lengths behind Jet Dark and Rascallion and excellents last couple races in features. Top Jock up, worth ago as biggest outsider
Race 6 - Chat Ching @ evens
Looks obivious banker on card after runs behind Captains Ransom.
Enjoy the racing

Well played on Saturday van Damme, my day was going pear shaped until The Makwakkers in the last.
Sunday Greyville, Race 2 Emerald Isla at around 5/1, last 2 runs were decent, was was drawn 11/11 behind Shape of You and Top me up Holly which looks solid and then drawn 13/14 last time out and from memory had no luck in running.
