Last Man Standing - B&I Lions Betting Comp Take 2

Ok guys so everyone went out in the last game and as I was leading going in and playing for the house I won it meaning we go again. Hard lines to Kirky who was second and The Vann who was a TMO call away from the win

Same comp, same rules and anyone welcome - only difference is just 4 games so staying alive perhaps not as important as building the balance

The competition is "Last Man Standing" and it starts with the Stormers v Lions.

Thanks to Hanrick who has been with us on Goodforthegame and the forum since inception for putting up a R500 cash prize to the winner

Here is how it will work

Format
• Each punter starts with R100 virtual money
• Each punter bets his entire balance of R100 on a Lions Tour Match Bet starting this Saturday with Stormers v B&I Lions
• Odds must not be shorter than 5/10 or bigger than 3/1 (this applies throughout the competition)
• Those punters that survive the 1st match move onto the 2nd (1st Test) and once again the entire balance is staked on a single bet
• You hit your bet you move onto the next match with your balance, you lose you are out.

How do you win?
There are 2 ways to win

1. You have the highest balance at the end of 8 matches
2. Everyone else is out and you are the last one standing (if there is no one left standing highest balance heading into that match wins)

To enter simply place your opening bet on this thread with the info below

Match 1: B&I Lions handicap -40.5 at 9/10 Name Bookmaker e.g WSB R90/R100

If you win then R190 will go on match 2 and you must carry your balance through

Rules
• Bets must be placed before kickoff of each match
• No in running bets accepted
• Price must be available at the time of placing the bet
• Balances to be rounded down to the nearest R10 each week
• Players to calculate their own balances and carry them through
• Non SA players welcome and payment will be done by PayPal
• Players must bet on every game of the Tour
Hanrick myself and Chris can win but not get the prize money and if we win the money gets rolled to a new comp.

- Single bets only, no multiples
- Threads may not be edited other than to add info which was left off, prices may not be changed and once placed a bet is final, no edits at all after kickoff of a game

Judges (that's me) decision is final

The R100 is for the SuperBru comp where top 4 are paid and the school get 20% of the pot - 1st prize there is R1480 - will send out a pool newsletter later confirming the final split for the top 4

The big news of the opening round was the departure of defending champion and the bookies favourite Brent Graham. Hanrick Swart also joined him on the sidelines and that means the R500 cash prize will be paid out in this comp.
